Fast delivery and great customer service.

I love the rug, but the color is much brighter than the other two I have purchased same style and design. I wanted to use all 3 rugs together but that will not be possible. Very disappointed.

Sent out a faulty rug was asked to wait for it to settle. We did. Now they ignore us.

Rug is beautiful. Shipping took longer than expected. Rug was packaged well and beautiful quality.

Good ordering and delivery process.

Love my new rug! I ordered a sample, which took several weeks to arrive, and then placed the order. It was about six weeks to receive my 9x12 rug, but it’s perfect. Colors match sample, packaging and tracking were excellent, and the creases from folding have dropped out quickly. It’s just what I was looking for -an interesting pattern with my favorite green (not so easy to find!) mixed with other colors. I think I’ll be back.

Beautiful carpet, quality workmanship!

We love the carpet!, however we did not realize that will was going to take three and half months to get it.

Love both of my rugs! Sizing perfect and colors accurate to the description. If they say wine, it’s wine. If they say gold, it’s gold. Knots are soft to the touch and rugs are well done and strong. I am
So happy. It takes a while for them to get done but it is worth every month. I am ordering more now to use on my staircases.

The rug is beautiful and is holding up well! ☺️

I previously wrote a 1 star review because of the time it took to receive the rug. I am back to update my review to **5 STARS**!! My 9x12 rug was worth the wait! Though it took 4 months to make, it shipped incredibly quickly (~3-4 days from India) and the quality of the rug blew me away. It is absolutely gorgeous. Deepak, the customer service agent, was extremely patient with me and very quick to respond every time I reached out. He explained where my rug was in the creation process and provided updated timing along the way. Though I had been frustrated while waiting, I am grateful for his quick communication and the quality of the final product encouraged me to update my review. Trust the process! It was worth it! 5 Freaking Stars!!!!!!

My custom sized oushak rug arrived! Opened it yesterday and it is more vibrant, with bigger pattern in person! It is beautiful and fits perfect!

Thank you!! ❤️

Great rug, exactly as pictured. Colors are vibrand and just how I expected and wanted. Received quickly and a seamless purchase.

I’ve bought two rugs from the Rug Decor so far. One was made to order, one was in stock. Both are gorgeous and high quality.

I expected the made-to-order one to take time, which it did. But when I contacted customer service to inquire about it, they would email me back right away with the information. It’s clear that this business cares about quality and service.

I have a weakness for hand-knotted rugs, so I’ve been thrilled to find so many incredible designs and colors from them at fabulous prices. I look forward to ordering from them again!

The rug is beautiful! So well made. It took almost 3 months and I had to reach out to them for Status updates but all worth it. It’s gorgeous and amazing quality! Delivery was no hassle. Great price too. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love my new rug!! The colors are gorgeous. I would order again without hesitation. The size was exact. The quality is high and it was much softer than I expected. It rolled out easily with almost no wrinkles/creasing.

Great communication. Beautiful rugs!

I have bought multiple rugs from Rug Decor and have been pleased with each one. They are very responsive to questions a the shipping time is reasonable especially if it is in stock.

I am very pleased with the customer service I received from this company. They are very professional and prompt with a questions you may have. I highly recommend them and will be doing further business with them in the future.

I received a high-quality, gorgeous rug at a reasonable price - right on time. The color and pattern were not exactly as pictured. However, I am happy and would recommend The Rug Decor.
