Multiple items in my order were damaged and Frame USA immediately made it right and sent replacement items -at no cost to me- that were in perfect condition.

My initial order was made and shipped quickly. FedEx broke the frame in transit but I called Frame USA immediately after I received the package to let them know and a replacement was made and sent immediately! Thanks so much for amazing customer service and a great product!

Good quality, great customer service. Ordered several frames, 1 of which didn't arrive at all. Filled out an easy form, and Frame USA delivered the missing piece very expediently.

It deeply saddens me that I have to write this review of FrameUSA. Even though the product seems to be quality, their customer service lacks the ability to make orders right when things are not. This has led me to file a lawsuit and I have Ia project that remains incomplete.

My goal was to build a framed collage of my family on a wall. I orderehid 31 frames of various sizes to hang these pictures flush on the wall. This order included some custom frames. I ordered these frames on FrameUSA website using my phone. When the frames arrived, some were wall hanging and some were for standing on a table top.

When I contacted FrameUSA about replacing all the table top backings with wall hanging backings for the stock frames, they said no. The options they gave me is I could return the non-custom frames or use sawtooth hangers on them. Their solution either caused me to be stuck with frames I don't need or my picture collage will not be flush on the wall with the hanging hardware showing. As a side note, the custom frames were all wall hanging frames. It was their stock frames that were the problem. Neither solution they offered were acceptable.

They claimed that their website clearly states which frames come as table top and which are wall hanging. Evidently, the type of backing is based solely on the size of the frame. You cannot designate what type of backing you need while ordering. That their web site clearly states this may be true if you are ordering using a computer. But using a phone, it is not. There are seemingly dead links that are supposed to explain this but the links don't take you to a page that tells you that. Rather the links don't do anything but add more data to the bottom of the page completely out of sight and with no indication that the data was added to the page. In order to see it, you have to scroll down past the ordering section and past a full page of white space (space with absolutely nothing on it). And there you find their explanation.

No acceptable resolution has been found and I have been forced to file a lawsuit to recover my money.

I do really like my frame. Your website is organized and efficient. I was able to find the frame, special order the size and feel like I received a fair price on it!

Super easy to use website that guide me through the process, I was able to get a custom frame without having to pay hundreds of dollars.

I have to say that the customer experience has been nothing short of outstanding. I ordered five total frames (4 of same size, and 1 poster sized); the poster frame was busted in the corners upon receipt. I opened a claim, sent pictures (1/9/26), and Frame USA was on it. Emailed back (1/12/26) quickly, that a new frame was in production, and I received, the new frame quicker than I could have expected! Frame USA will be our go-to for future frame purchases!

The frames are very cheap and not worth the money. The actual wood frame comes in many colors which is what will attract the unsuspecting customer. The frame delivered had plexiglass which scratches easy. The worst is that the back of the frame that attached to the wood is - wait for it - CARDBOARD. If I knew the back was cardboard I would have never purchased it! Ima take an L BUT there is no reason for anyone else to be duped.

Loved my new frame, sleek and modern. Easy to put together and well made. Wish there were more lengths in between the 1” increments but made it work without a matte.

A good quality genuine wood frame. I will return again for future frames.

I accidentally ordered a second time in the same order, it was not easy finding customer service to discuss refunding the second payment.
