Fraud company. Worst customer support. No emphathy towards customers and they behave offensively woth customers even when its their fault. I would advice not to use this scam company

Delivery never arrived. Driver never called. Never called intercom. And after spending £10,000 on this app I’m being called a liar by their support (Oliver obviously not his name) and the blame is on myself despite their drivers inability to read the number 65.

It took the driver 25 min to deliver my pizza after it has picked up at the pizzaria even though the distance is 1 km, therefore the pizza was cold. Custom support said it's within there tems and conditions.

Just horrible! Bolt has to be a joke. The restaurant I ordered from is a 5 min walk away, but yet the courier was 15 min late. He refused to deliver my food to the door and made me walk down from the 4th floor because he was "here", ended up waiting 5 min outside and nothing, so I went back to the apartment. After additional 5 min he made me walk down again, and was waiting at the wrong appartment. I contacted customer support which connected me with a useless AI that wouldn't even do anything but reply with the exact same message. When I finally got connected to a human support agent, they told me to wait for them to review the issue and closed the chat. STAY AWAY FROM BOLT, AND RATHER GO WITH WOLT!!!! (not a promotion, just facts)

Constantly spams me with discounts being unavailable where I live (within Greater Lisbon (!)).

Order from Starbucks Cais do Sorde in Lisbon was not delivered.

I ordered a pizza delivered on the floor of the elevator. The floor was so dirty because many flies died in the lobby.
The carrier did not even ask for my permission to do so.
I contacted bolt to explain. They said that since the carrier is answering I instructed him to do so there is nothing they can do.
I had to open 3 différent chats to get an answer.
And they are implying I am lying because the carrier is telling so.
Is this how customers are supposed to be treated? I paid 20€ for a service and I won't be able to eat.
They should take responsibility of acts of people that are working with and at least deliver me again my order. Not hide themself behind the saying of the person who is at fault and implying I am lying.
At the end I am the one who paid and cannot eat.....
So disapointed!
I uninstalled the app and for driver also. I dont trust them

Food was ready fast but unfortunately the delivery person wasn't picking up our food. It was waiting for him one hour. We had to cancel.

My food was 5 hours delayed and never got delivered. Customer service are saying it's my fault because we went to sleep at 01:00 and they refuse to reimburse. This is a joke and a scam.

I have always used Bolt Food. But recently, from my orders, I have realized that it is now very dominated by very low quality places/restaurants/ghost kitchens, and they no longer respect and fulfill the right to reimburse their customers for missing items in the orders, food that arrives cold and/or that gets too delayed in the delivery. Their "customer support service" is truly disrespectfull, they dont care about your issue even if you send pictures to prove your claims, they denied any support and automatically try to close the chat so they dont have to deal with you and they try to make you feel like you have no other choice but accept that what you have order doesnt match with what you received and that they have no responsability in that matter. Very low quality, very unprofessional... Its just an awfull experience in general. I would rather stay just with UberEats thank You.

highly disappointing experience with my recent food delivery order, which was scheduled to arrive at a specific time.

Unfortunately, the delivery was not only delayed by over 30 minutes, but the courier also failed to deliver the order entirely. As a result, I was left without the meal I paid for and without any resolution from your team.

The worst delivery app.

We ordered, they gave us a delivery time, food was ready and were looking for a courier. We called the restaurant they said they were waiting for the courier and then 5 minutes later bolt cancelled the order because they couldn't deliver at our house. Why was the restaurant including it in our address search if they cannot deliver? This never happens woth wolt. I am deleting the app

You order, wait 1 hour, stay with support 30 min. Then get cancelled your order

Terrible service from bolt food. Never again

No Food delivery (which does happen sooner or later) But no way of getting a Reimbursement from Bolt, and no way of reciving any customer suppport other than a chatbot.
Foodora provides better service.

They put the blame on customers for their errors. Poor customer service in Bolt Food Slovakia. Agent Steve was unprofessional. Resolution wasn’t convincing.

The order was not delivered but according to BoltFood it was (6 km away from delivery address).
Do not use it.

This service is a scam. They declared the order as delivered but the food didn't even arrive. After contacting the help center, they said that the food was left at my address since they tried to contact me (!!!) and I didn't respond, which is totally false. This is below zero.
