Order food and added address as delivered address. Courier was calling twice as he couldn’t find the place. I was trying to help on the end he marked order as delivered. However, i never received my order. This was Friday evening. I called courier and he told me:”please contact to support and they will do refund. I was doing like this before”. I contacted and almost a week couldn’t get my money back. Courier name Georg!!!

Never use this! They are more like scam than a proper company. Ordered food in Latvia, Riga. First it showed 25 minutes, then it changed to 50 minutes, okay, happens. So, we were so hungry decided to wait right at the door, checking minutes it will reach. And about in the end of that 50 minutes I’m getting notification that my order is delivered) while it was just us on the street. Waited another 10-15 minutes, while also writing the customer support. Then about 2 hours later they answer me and accuse me of not waiting for order or for not waiting on the right point and not including notes for delivery guy, while I specified which door. So they denied to refund. After another hour, they send me a photo of food box under the address sign where I ordered. And trying convince me that we, 3 people, did see that happening literally in front of us. I tried to politely write them several times but they are unprofessional, unethical, useless group of scammers! STAY AWAY OF THIS COMPANY!

Trash company, should go bankrupt.

Absolutely awful service. I ordered hot food from TGI Fridays, and it arrived completely cold and inedible. This wasn't a minor delay; this was a complete service failure.
Here are the facts that I confirmed with their own support agents:
My food was marked 'ready' by the restaurant at 16:55.
A Bolt support agent (Katerina) confirmed in our chat that the courier did not pick up the order until 17:11.
This is a 16-MINUTE WAIT where my hot food was left sitting. This is why it was cold. This is 100% Bolt's failure to manage its logistics.
Customer support was a nightmare.
One agent ('George') lied and told me it was only a "1-minute delay."
Another agent ('Katerina') admitted the 16-minute wait but still refused a refund and tried to blame the restaurant.
Now, they just send automated replies ignoring their own evidence.
They are happy to take your money, deliver cold, unsafe food, and then lie to you to avoid a refund. I have been forced to file a formal complaint with the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service and am initiating a chargeback.
Avoid this company at all costs. You will not get the service you pay for, and you will get zero support when something goes wrong.

NEVER EVER USE IN PORTUGAL!!!ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DELIVERY OPTION EVER!!! The food was late by an hour. No communication with a human. The Bangladesh guy who delivered missed the address three times because he was on a video chat!!!

NEVER I MEAN NEVER ORDER from bolt food in Bulgaria. This company is a joke. We ordered food and everything that could go wrong, went wrong. First the order was “delivered” 2 hours later from the estimate. Then when we saw it was delivered (no notification) we searched for our food in the entire flat and on the front door too AND THERE WAS NOTHING. When we contacted support about the issue they told us straightaway it’s not their problem and they can’t refund the money and colsed the chat completely ditching us. Do yourself a favour and never order from there!!!!

Food was delivered in damaged packing , all wet. Customer support just say sorry and refund closing cae without any details! Last time ordering from them. Wolt at least take care about their customers!

They failed to deliver food from two different restaurants to me twice in the same week. Honestly, what else is there to say but to avoid it altogether?

A lot of the times food delivery taking too long, food comes simply cold.
But the support is one the biggest L I've used in my life. Unable to read all the questions, unable to assist, no empathy for the client what so ever. Sometime i even wait few hours simply to get an answr from support which is 24/7

Highly recommend to avoid this app and use any other alternative in ur region.

Poor customer service. Food was not delivered. Bold customer service claimed it was delivered. Carrier apparently called and delivered. After asking to provide evidence no reply. 30 Euro order without any reply…

Polish bolt support is a big joke. they never care about your positive experience with them, they simply don't care. The app has lots of inappropriate bugs, and seems like they fine with it.

Very disappointing experience with Bolt Food. My order arrived missing key breakfast items (bread, tomato, butter) without any notice or replacement. Even worse, the chicken was expired and smelled terrible – completely unsafe to eat. I wasted almost 2 hours with customer support and got no solution. Unacceptable service.

Horrible. Just horrible. The drivers don’t show up, they lie about being at your location, and customer service is useless. I ordered from a sushi place, my driver claimed twice he was “here” when he clearly wasn’t, then the order gets canceled and I’m told to wait 10 days for a refund. Ten days! This isn’t just bad service it’s a complete scam of people’s time and money.

The location was not registered properly, i tried contacting the company for over an hour, eventually i managed to reach the delivery and he came to the correct address. So unprofessional company, lucky with the delivery guys

Couriers can’t deliver the orders and support don’t even bother to refund for a food you never get.

I gave 1 start because i cannot give zero.
Unprofessional attitude at all level.

Bună ziua am comandat de la dumneavoastră o comandă de 600 de lei și nu mi-a ajuns nici nu cred că va mai veni vă rog din suflet să îmi returnați banii dacă nu veniți.O zi frumoasă!

Unbelievable. Deleting the app. No customer service, no brain. Ordered food, that was sitting for 1 hour in the restaurant because no couriers. I asked for refund, ordered other food, received it, ate it. And guess what, my previous order arrived after 1 hour 40 minutes. App and account deleted.
