Ordered food and never got delivered. Received an automated message saying your food has been delivered.
Such a joke! Customer service team hardly responds and they’re ignoring the chat messages.
Such a disastrous experience.

Un pedazo de timo, no paraba de cambiar repartidor y al final no nos llegó NADA. Pedimos una pizza y no llegó. Intentamos contactar con la empresa pero no hay posibilidad. Son unos estafadores de mucho cuidado!!!!!

Got 2 burgers instead of three.
Support is non existent. After three hours offered refund for missing option but in a minutes somehow it became not valid :)
No response from support to my questions after that. So left with minus 6.2 euros and hungry :)
Morely likely immigrant courier has lost that missing burger in his dirty bag. :)

We waited for hours with no courier found, the support is horrible. Nothing else to say, F this company!

All the 1 star reviews are true! STAY AWAY! Company values are visible when mistakes happen. They resolution is non existent, they don't value clients, only care for profit. Bunch of scammers! Never use their service!!!

This is a disaster. They dont' take any responsibility for anything at all. Never ever. Not when delivery takes 98 minutes instead of the promised 14 minutes, not for when the food is messed up because of how it's been carried. Nothing. Their customer service simply sends you the same template about how they're sorry and there will be no refund.

They provided a promotion of -50% from selected restaurants, when I tried to order I couldn't, the promotion was gone and the products reverted to their original price. When I got in touch with the Support they replied that the system detected "suspicious activity" and that's why the promotion was removed, and of course they were reluctant to provide any further clarification.

That's a joke! Moreover I'm wonder how "suspicious" your activity could be in a food app??

Terrible experience. My order was never delivered, and when I contacted customer support, they simply didn’t care. No real help, no proper explanation, and no sense of responsibility.

If a delivery service can’t deliver food and then ignores the customer when something goes wrong, that says everything about the company. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. I will not use Bolt Food again and I don’t recommend it to anyone

I placed an order with an estimated delivery time of 30-40 minutes, but it arrived two hours later. While I understand occasional 10-15 minute delays due to high order volume or traffic, this situation was unacceptable.
After 45 minutes, we checked the app and noticed the courier was stationary at the restaurant and hadn’t picked up our food. We contacted customer service immediately to request either a refund, cancellation, or a new order from a different courier. Despite the clear tracking evidence showing no progress, customer service refused all three options and provided no meaningful assistance.
Being directed to an unhelpful chatbot with no access to a real person made the situation even more frustrating. We paid 168 RON for this delivery and received no compensation, refund offer, or even an apology for the failure.
A two-hour delay with a non-moving courier is unreasonable, especially when customer service is unable or unwilling to help during an active delivery crisis. Until Bolt demonstrates that they value their customers and can provide reliable service and support when problems arise, I won’t be using this app again.

BOLT FOOD in SLOVAKIA - BRATISLAVA leave it. The worst services about delivery time and also the price. Leaving you and I am also advising to my friends. BYE

Worst delivery service in Prague, they don't even want to refund when they messed-up the order

They never delivered my order (I paid 25 euro for that) in cluj Napoca and they said it’s my fault because I wasn’t at home when I actually was at home!

Din greșeală am adăugat în trafic fiind, am uitat să actualizez adresa. Am plasat o comandă de 230 lei care a fost livrată, nu știu unde… pe șosea probabil… Ideea este că nu am avut cu cine să vorbesc. Lucrătorul nu vorbea nici engleză, nici română. Iar suport există la Bolt Food doar sub formă de AI… am rămas și fără mâncare și fără bani… nu recomand această aplicație! Ba chiar vă avertizez să fiți foarte atenți unde comandați pentru că pățiți la fel!

The service is so so bad. The order should be delivered 40 minutes ago. I wrote to support. And they are like - yeah, our courier has some issue. We can cancel your order as an exception but if you do so - you will be banned to cancel again. Like, WHAT??? If you again fail to provide the service - the customer won't be able to get the money back?

In plus the chat if failing, you write the message and it can just vanish.

At BOLT FOOD my food package was near the delivery person's feet on the SCOOTER not even in the box ...how bad is that .. obviously the food was ice cold

Fiz um pedido de refeição. Demorou 40 minutos o tempo de entrega (momento em que o restaurante concluir até ser entregue). Restaurante fica a 1.2 kms.
Pior é ter o estafeta que recolheu vários, para poder depois a seu gosto fazer as entregas, apenas falar em inglês. Estamos em Portugal, tem que haver mínimos.
O serviço de ajuda, apenas funciona com respostas automáticas, que apenas se repetem. Serviço devia ser banido

Waited over two hours for a pizza which was ready in the box for over 90 minutes waiting on a driver. I spoke to agent James and told him the story he was replying up until I asked him to cancel my order then ignored every message. I told him I want a refund and I will not be excepting any food as I had to order more food from another app. Terrible customer service. Nothing but rip off merchants. I’m still trying to get a refund it’s very difficult process

Worst customer service. Their courier will ruin your food and the support says the food is still edible. Not even basic manners are there.

received the wrong food, and customer support just told me, “This can happen. Please leave a review for the restaurant,” then they closed the chat. I didn’t get my money back, and I didn’t get the food I ordered. 😬 It’s unbelievable!

One of the worst food delivery service providers in the EU, I was missing items and the restaurant ignored allergen warning message to remove such items from an order and BOLT REFUSED to facilitate a refund for providing order items that were inedible due to allergens!
