Follow the Camino Arvostelua 

It was great having our luggage picked up and hotels with breakfast booked. The accommodations were near the Camino trail. It was so nice not having to stress about finding a place to stay. We enjoyed having a day off a couple of times… gave us a chance to get some laundry done. We found 20 km was about the right distance between stops.

All the hotels they booked were clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in the town centers, making it easy to explore and relax after a day of walking.
The prearranged taxi transfers for certain sections of the route were extremely helpful. The detailed daily walking notes and maps provided made navigating the route much easier.
What truly stood out was their outstanding customer service and attention to detail.

FTC is the company for you when you want an expert to plan your Camino. They know the routes and services available in individual communities. Clara knows the type of experience I want and ensures the accomodations are booked accordingly. She advises when I need to include dinners and when I can leave them off the itinerary for a spur of the moment local highlight. I can spend my time on the historical experience and personal reflection elements and FTC handles everything else. Having just completed my 4th in 4 years, I continue to say there is no company better. Well done and thank you!

The accommodations were above average.

Everything went perfectly: lovely hotels, taxis always on time, and flawless luggage transfers. It was a wonderful trip; I didn't have any special needs or urgent issues, but I am certain everything would have gone smoothly even if I had. Thank you to Follow the Camino for making my first experience on the Camino de Santiago so special.

Great sights, generally great places to stay.

We hiked ‘The Wicklow Way’. It was a great experience as usual. This is our 5th trip with this company. Angie handled our accommodations which were great. Even the hostel provided a private room with our own shower. Jade our trip coordinator was excellent answering our questions and returning our emails promptly. Many thanks.

Walking the Camino was challenging and some days exhausting. It was nice to have the confidence that at the end of the walk there’d be a nice place to stay and my suitcase was there waiting for me. I never had reason to worry. It was a great relief that even during a busy season, I had a nice place to stay.

All hotels and luggage transfers were well handled. Hotel choices were excellent.

Just returned from a trip from Sarria to Santiago. Nadia was the rep for my group and was amazing to work with! She was very responsive and everything went seamlessly from the moment we arrived in Madrid to our last day. All of the accommodations were wonderful and authentic to the area. The included food was delicious and our luggage transfers were perfectly executed. Highly recommend and would use them again!!

The accommodations were excellent. We enjoyed the variety. Luggage transfer ran smoothly. During the couple of times when things didn’t go as planned, e.g., hotel snafu, Follow the Camino was very responsive. My only suggestion is that you do a better job of writing descriptions of the terrain difficulty on Day 3….the rocky climbs were brutal, and I wasn’t prepared.

I will use Follow the Camino again.

I would recommend FollowTheCamino group to family and friends! The service was very professional, the hotels were upscale and located perfectly for our travels on the Camino Trail each day. The food was amazing but best of all our travel guide Luiz Rodriguez was outstanding! He was warm, engaging, and had helpful information to share. We were so very grateful to have him as our guide!

There were 11 in our group, all at retirement age. There were a number of things for us as a group to think about in planning and doing this trip. But what we didn't have to think about was all the things Nadia of FTC took care of for us. Without the services of FTC our trip would not have been as successful, fun and stress-free. DO NOT believe those that proclaim you are really only a pilgrim if you carry every item you brought in your backpack and only sleep in albergues.

I appreciated having someone with the knowledge to help me plan our trip. I was too busy with work to spend the adequate amount of time to find hotels and scope out our walk. I was grateful for Jade's support in helping my husband and I plan a trip to celebrate my his retirement. I was also grateful for the app, the luggage tags, the list of hotels adn the emergency phone number if I needed it. Everything was covered. I never felt like we were missing anything

No issues at all!

All accommodation bookings and collections went smoothly. The route maps were generally good apart from the location of the hotel on day 5. We had to get assistance of another travel rep. to get a pick-up from a different hotel. We were told to go to the Cathedral de Santiago to get the final passport stamp. We cued for an hour to get into the Cathedral and found out that the passport is not stamped there but at the passport office.

Received help when I left my waist pack at prior hotel. Very good. Bookings were very good to fair but I did have to book in June for September due to an ankle injury b

We had a great experience! Everything went smoothly and we loved not having to worry about all of the details ourselves!
