Follow the Camino Arvostelua 

Received help when I left my waist pack at prior hotel. Very good. Bookings were very good to fair but I did have to book in June for September due to an ankle injury b

We had a great experience! Everything went smoothly and we loved not having to worry about all of the details ourselves!

This experience was wonderful. The lodging was very good,luggage transfer flawless. Group dinners were excellent,the food served was absolutely delicious.
Special recognition goes to our leader Mark, for the abundance of information he provided during our entire camino. He was interesting and very well informed of all the areas walked. Hats off to him.

Only issue was one accommodation didn't have a/c and it was 30c and a second hotel was 5km from the trail with untimelytransfers

For the fifth consecutive year I have used Follow the Camino to organise our trip and this year the service was great and Jade got back to me so quickly when I had a question. I would not hesitate to recommend Follow the Camino and I’m looking forward to next year’s trip.

Follow the Camino ensured that everything we needed on our walk was organised. From pre journey information to airport transfers, booking lovely hotels for us and arranging for our bags to be transported every day. Which left us to enjoy the walking with no worries. I would highly recommend them.

Everything ran very smoothly. Follow the Camino took care of every detail.
We had an extra piece of luggage for daily transfer and a quick phone call had it dealt with.
They accidentally over charged our party of six but it was rectified and refunded as soon as they realized their mistake.
The meals included were quite sufficient and some were exceptional!! We were always full after breakfast.
Overall it was a great experience

With Follow the Camino I felt supported and confident in knowing that my walk was well planned and designed.
Accomodation was generally of a high to very high standard, and notes and instructions were mostly very good.

We had one glitch and Follow the Camino worked with the owner of the hotel to clear up the situation. Our luggage was always waiting for us and the hotels we stayed were wonderful.

The zoom meeting before we left to inform us of everything was greqat as it focused everything.

It was nice to have someone make the arrangements and have everything work without a hitch! Bags were there every time and most hotels let us check in early if we came in earlier than expected.

We loved our trip. The experience was excellent, as expected, and the accommodations, with one exception, were very comfortable. Luggage arrived on time, routes were easy to follow, and the information provided very helpful. The rooms at O Cebreiro and the innkeeper there were the only ones that were less than satisfactory.

It was my first time on the Camino and they took all the fear away and provided a well thought out pace.

Overall FTC did a fine job and we used them for two Camino trips. Their website is not great. If you modify the normal schedule of the Camino stages at all, then they struggle with displaying the changes, especially miles between stops on the impacted days.

Excellent company they organised everything to perfection woll definitely use again .

The planning experience was seamless. As well, last minute tweaks were handled well.

My reservations were great. Pics of the hotels made it easy on arrival. My luggage was handled with care and always waiting for me at my next destination. My follow the Camino representative was great in providing all the information I needed for my trip and being at the ready.
I will be using folow the Camino next year when I go back.

They’re a great company - always very kind and responsive when you need them. I had to cancel one year and they were very helpful.

Appreciate that they’re b-corp. We’ll be using them for third time!

Just a heads up - the app is helpful for hostel list but isn’t great for the map - use Buen Camino instead for map.

Overall we loved it very much. The accommodations for the most part were great and very accommodating if we came in early. The only one I would not recommend was the first one Casa O Corzzon which was way outside the town and out of the way with no amenities which meant we had to walk into to the town for things like water and snacks and to get our lunch and then the following morning the walk back in to start the next day was too far. Also, we did not like having to sit around a group table and share dinner at this accomodation. We did not sign up for this and we had requested self-guided and we have learnt that we are very anti-social but we found it very awkward! Besides that everywhere else was fabulous and the booking with Follow the Camino was very straightforward and easy. I would recommend and would definitely book again.

Overall the trip was well organized and the hotels we stayed in were good. A couple of places we stayed at were not up to standard. The luggage transfer option was a great asset. Our luggage was always there when we arrived.
