Follow the Camino Arvostelua 

I loved my Camino experience. Follow the Camino set up my accommodations & moved my luggage forward to each destination without any hitches. I particularly loved the GPS map system & assisted me on my trek. This was my first solo travels & in countries where I did not speak the language & I felt Follow the Camino was with me if I required assistance 24/7. I will seek out Follow the Camino for further travels!!

Jade was very easy to work with, very responsive. This was our (my 77 year old mom and my) first Camino, and I was very apprehensive about the walk, let alone all the accommodations and luggage transfers, etc. She was helpful in suggesting itinerary adjustments to help us make the actual trek very easy. Booking and payment were very easy to coordinate. All the hotels that were booked were exactly what we asked for, and our luggage transfer was very smooth. I didn't need to contact anyone for help or any concerns at all during my Camino adventure, so that allowed us to focus solely on our trek. I would definitely recommend!

Having hotels ready at the end of the day, with are large bags ready at the hotel.

From the beginning, planning stage to the end everything was fantastic. Larissa and her team are amazing. Perfect communication everything that she said would be done was done.

The Follow the Camino app was worthless. As soon as Follow the Camino staff recommended that I add the app to my phone, I did. I tried to find the map to follow from Oviedo to Santiago. I couldn't; I asked for help; the response was "follow the blue line". I found a map. However, it turned out to be a map for for highways. When I was sent a screen shot showing me the location of the map, I responded that my app didn't look like the one on the screenshot. I ended up deleting the app and was never able to install it again. Therefore, I lost the booking information. I did have a hard copy of the booking information, but that included the original places where I was supposed to stay, and guess what? At least two of those places had changed.

So, the app is worthless. The written directions are totally out of date, unreliable too.

I also didn't like staying over 15 minutes from the route at least twice. The people who own those places are very nice, but I start early and I want to be on the route.

Never buy dinner for customers at The Lux in Melide. It's a horrible buffet and not worth any price.

FTC built a two day Camino Walk for first timers. Overnight arrangements were more than perfect. Friendly hosts. Great food. Luggage transfers were timely ands as scheduled.

Communication was wonderful. Everything was organized without any surprises. All hotels were good quality and well versed in dealing with Camino walkers

The services was clearly presented, pricing was competitive, follow-up was excellent and execution impeccable.

All transfers went smoothly.
All lodging accommodations clean, spacious and most were convenient to the Camino. When transport was needed to get to the lodging, directions were clear and worked great.
Luggage transfers all were seamless with no problems.
Meals that were included were tasty and plentiful.

Well organized

Our guide Fransico "Fran" was the best guide I have ever had anywhere. He stayed with us the whole time and made everything happen on time and smoothly. His knowledge and stories were delightful. What a great experience!

Great information sent prior to the camino. Lots of helpful hints and easy to follow. A useful live talk too. Quick response when I needed to contact them with queries. Smooth transfers and a lovely mix of accommodation. The only negative point is that despite stating our food requirements prior to the trip none of the accommodation had catered for the one vegetarian and the one vegan. Which meant some poor meals offered. This company has stated that they will feed this back to the accommodations they use. Overall a fabulous trip. Well organised . Many thanks to Follow the camino

The group i was with was great and our guide Silvia was the best! She had the ability to make each person feel special. I loved being physically challenged and being introspective and learning about myself. The booking process was easy. Great communication. Overall, a great experience!

My agent Fernanda was absolutely brilliant, very friendly, professional, and patient with all my queries, nothing was too much trouble.
The accommodation was good and sometimes excellent, always close to the Camino, luggage transfers were well organised and seamless, and they even turned on good weather for me!
