Seen some negative reviews on here but in my experience I have no faults ! Repairs took longer than I expected but was provided with a nice courtesy car throughout and repairs were done to an excellent standard. Was kept informed throughout so don’t have any negative comments ! For me they give great service !

These guys have been great. Our car looks great after the repairs. We were kept up to date regularly and the job was done earlier than we expected. So good to have our car back! Thanks everyone at FMG!!

Dropped vehicle off reception was great very friendly and helpful was sent updates with stages vehicle was going through from initial inspection strip down paint built back up final prep so I was never unsure what was going on they told me vehicle was ready offered to drop at my house I wasn’t in but they followed my instructions with key drop etc then when I seen car later I was very impressed with workmanship they also gave it good clean inside and out excellent job won’t hesitate to call if need something done near top golf rutherglen would recommend 👍

Great professionalism and integrity

The repair was faster than expected. When I looked at the car after the repair it was like looking at a brand new car. And the staff were all very helpful.

All aspects of the way FMG handled the repair were first class and processed in a way that caused me least inconvenience. - highly recommended !!!

Stay well clear of fmg Doncaster. Car went in for repair in may after being in a accident. Well got it back in a worst state than it went in. Paint job very shoddy. More paint in the car than the outside. Only half the repairs completed.Have a complaint in with them since then but as usual no response. Please don't give them your business if you value your car guys

Professional job from the first phone call to the job being completed

Great service and professional.

Simply dreadful. My car was hit by another driver (who admitted full fault) and it turns out his insurance company use FMG to carry out repairs. The damage (inexplicably) was considered to be a "mobile repair", only for the FMG mobile assessor to discover the obvious that it requires a body shop repair. He said he would speak to "the bodyshop office" to get it sorted and booked in. Of course, I have heard nothing. So, I contacted the FMG mobile office, only to be told that my case was in limbo as the Body Shop Unit needed to "accept" the job. But they haven't, and the person at the Mobile Unit didn't know how to contact the centralised Body Shop Unit to get them to accept the job as they are a different office! But when pressed, she admitted she could give me a number if I wanted to phone them!! So, I have had to go back to Hastings to see if they can do anything from their end. They say they will look at this, but I am far from hopeful.
Utterly appalling.

FMG Services – Very disappointing experience

Unfortunately, my experience with FMG Services has been extremely disappointing.

The quality of the repair work was poor, with parts not being fitted correctly on multiple occasions. My vehicle also sustained a dent while in FMG’s care, adding further frustration to an already poor experience.

My car had to be returned three separate times for the same repair work, because the work had not been completed correctly. This resulted in significant delays, inconvenience and a considerable amount of time spent chasing and returning the vehicle.

When the car was finally returned, it was late, only had around half a battery charge, and had not been cleaned properly.

I appreciate that mistakes can happen, but the combination of poor-quality workmanship, parts repeatedly not being fitted correctly, damage occurring while the vehicle was in their care, repeated returns for the same repair and delays is simply unacceptable.

Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would expect much better quality control and customer service from a company entrusted with repairing customers’ vehicles.

Excellent service on a tight schedule with a motoring holiday imminent. Deadline met and work done well. Catherine was our champion.
