It's a pathetic experience with floweraura.com. they sent a wrong cake with a wrong message and not delivered the note card too. They spoiled entire celebration. Very bad service.

Horrible service and quality of product is worse. Never order from flower aura. Placed an order from Germany just seeing the website, later realized it’s all fake and nothing gets delivered as mentioned in the website. It’s a scam don’t fall for it.
Worst customer service.
Strong egg smell in the cakes.
They lie a lot and don’t deliver and charge extra for redelivery.
Never ever ordering again from flower aura.
Worst experience of my life.
Spent 2k plus but got shitty products. Not worth a single penny.

It's not the first time with them, they have always delayed deliveries on multiple occasions. This time without delivering, the status showed its delivered and when I enquired they said they will check, at 9pm their workshop is already closed and they want me to wait for delivery next day. Really this guys are waste of time. Initially for first 1 or 2years, they will deliver on time. Don't buy anything from them.

Ordered cake for my gf for her birthday. Paid extra for expedited delivery as well. Order delivered was wrong. Asked them for refund and provided proof as well. Didn't acknowledge even. I would recommend not to order specially if it's for your special one!

This Company is a god damn joke!! I legit ordered Peach Roses with a very beautiful vase (Like super lovely) and they call me at like 12 noon on the day of delivery saying that
1) Peach Roses are out of stock; we are doing Pink Roses instead
2) The Selected Vase is out of stock; we are sending a normal cylindrical vase instead (That you can get god damn anywhere for cheap)
3) You wanted it between 9PM-11PM, we are doing it between 6PM-9PM

And its not a god damn choice at this point.... You need it in 8 hours, no other website can deliver it this soon, so you have to go with what they say...

And when I called them for a second time, apparently they added "5 dairymilks" to make it up, and were like next time when you order, this wont happen and blah blah blah... As if there ever will be a next time

I used to be a loyal customer of Floweraura. I’m located in the U.S. but I purchase flowers and cakes often for family in India using this service. Typically, I always hear great things about quality.

For the first time, I was extremely disappointed with the flowers that my parents received for their wedding anniversary. I ordered the lilies. What my parents received was a completely dried up and faded version of the lilies.

What this is telling me is that the quality of floweraura is going down. I’ve never seen the flowers wilt before delivery. I hope they improve the quality of the flowers they deliver, quickly. After this experience, I’m am inclined to try other flower delivery services.

Customer care and WA chat are of no use and keep on giving stock replies about raising complaints and escalation.

They are horrible. They ruined my mom birthday surprise. I didn't get option to order internationally. So I walked out from page and they keep sending msg to my parents and keep sending emails to me for payments. They spoiled surprise even parents tired of this things so they mentioned to me as daughter I wanted to order cake and flowers. As my mom git msg she wants me nt to order as usual mom. They ruined all things. So desperate for sale. Dnt buy anything . I am so disappointed to give details till check out pages

Highly disappointed with the bouquet. I ordered a bouquet with sunflower in between and they gave mewith another yellow flower which were looking pathetic.

Very disappointed, They didn't order my delivery at promised time and some product was missing, and refund policy is not direct, there's some third part involve which only provide voucher

Deliver dead flowers for Rs 2000 order. I order premium product but got 100 Ruppee worth product. I would never in my life use them again.

I had a terrible experience with FlowerAura. I ordered a cake and rose bouquet for my wife's birthday, placing the order four days in advance. The delivery was scheduled for between 2 PM and 7 PM, but it didn't arrive until 10 PM. I started calling customer support at 7:45 PM and continued every 30 minutes. Each time, I received different excuses and was told to wait another 30 minutes.

The lack of coordination with the delivery person was frustrating — no calls or updates from them, just more lies from customer support. Ultimately, I had to order a cake from Swiggy, which arrived within 25 minutes. When FlowerAura finally delivered at 10 PM, the cake was in poor condition after the 4-hour delay, with excuses ranging from the delivery person's bike breaking down to traffic issues and bad weather.

In short, it was the worst customer support and product experience I've ever had. I will NEVER use them again.

Bad experience

Its second time that on Rakhi which was supposed to be delivered on 13 August,2024 was delivered today on 1st August. They have no idea after placing order what’s happening with the order. Customer care just say it will be delivered and I’m asking for refund from long since there was nothing delivered but they ignored my mail and messages. And if you put a new thing in cart they will start calling for orders but have no responsibility of already placed. Very irresponsible and doesn’t care after order placed.

Please do not order anything from this website they do not deliver your product and keep you in the loop for 1 month saying that will be delivered in 2 days. totally scam company.

For premium flowers, I paid a premium price. Rather than that, a standard bouquet of flowers—completely unlike the one in the photo—was delivered. I repeatedly attempted to contact customer support, but received no response. Will not place another order from FlowerAura; I had a very bad experience.

You guys are just awesome 👌 👏 I have been placing orders from New Zealand and all have been delivered on time so I humbly appreciate your good work and effort. I also have placed an order from Australia and it got delivered on time. Perfect job done thank you guys god bless.

Do not trust these guys !! Every time I have ordered , the items missing from the delivery. When you try to contact them they say that they have delivered it and not able to do anything. Really disgusting business

I ordered Rakhi on 15th to deliver Rakhi for 17th and didn’t arrive till 21st and that too after chaising them where was my Rakhi.. then I had to send it through different channel.they don’t take the ownership.I was asked to refund my money and have sent two emails and no one has acknowledged it.very poor service.would not use and recommend to anyone,,,,

This is regarding my order or this is a scam your team is doing.
On Rakshabandhan My wife placed an order from your site at 14 Aug 2024 Order id-8190859 which is not received yet but I got the email today your order is delivered.
First thing if u are unable to deliver the order at the correct time so why are you taking that many orders.
2nd think so many times I'll be trying to connect with Your team making a false promise like order is very near to you blaw blaw.
Worst Experience for me as well.
No reply on mails.
There is no way for refund n all.

It's showing like a fraud co. On the basis of customer orders take money and don't refund .
