Very very bad experience

I place order for Rakhi with sweets and select delivery date 16th August 2024 before three day of Rakxshabandhan, online tracking show that they delivered parcel on 19th August but actually receiver didn’t get parcel, I was try to contact customer care and ask that if they delivered than give me proof of delivery but they can’t and only says that our courier partner confirm that they delivered. So I request to all reader who read my post not choose Flower Aura, If you choose them than you lost your money.

I had ordered for rakhi, but not received the product, tried contacting the customer care but all lines are busy.
Now it is saying the order status not available
My money is gone
And have not received the product since long

Worst Paltform!! Don't trust On website reviews

I ordered two Rakhi hampers and they delivered only one. I've left endless number of messages on their watsapp support, email support and even on their instagram account. Still no resolution. I got a reply from someone called Manish saying the order is delivered...an obvious lie. Three days later..I'm still trying to get a reply from them.

Pathetic. I placed an order on 17th for rakhi and a gift delivery. On 19th Aug I got a message that it is already delivered despite of not receiving the item. I followed up with them 100 times on app and mails no response. On call they kept me waiting for half an hour. They cant cancel the order they say. This is a complete scam. please beware of such sites.

The team of Flower aura should work on their delivery system, customer contact process and their vendors. The products received did not justify the price paid by us. Also, not everything reached on time. It was difficult to contact the customer service. Moreover, they are not even sorry for the discomfort faced by customers.

We ordered for Rakhee, which was to be delivered urgently, however not yet delivered, also received message that chosen rakhees are not available, hence being replaced (with which rakhees, no idea) & paid 1375 for this crap. AVOID!!!CHEATS!!! Could give -10 stars.

I’ve ordered my rakhi and chocolates on 14th of August and it showed it’s gonna delivered on 16th but they didn’t deliver rakhi till today(20th August) I just got chocolates and not my rakhi. On order track it’s still not showing out of delivery, when rakhi was yesterday. Very disappointed with their service.

I ordered Rakhi and chocolates from this site, even though it was more expensive than other sites because it gave delivery estimate as today. Today, when I check the status it shows it will be delivered Thursday. This is unacceptable. I took a gamble even though I read reviews that it will not be delivered on time. I will not repeat this mistake again.

Ordered cake with rakhi from Australia.
The cake was well decorated with cream but the cake inside was smelly and spoiled. It was so embarrassing when I got to know this.
Stop making fool of customers!!
Never using this site again. On complaint asking for photos as if they will get the real taste. So dumb!!
Hate such websites .. we trust and order from abroad and they make fool of us.

If there was chance to give a negative rating it would be "-5". I have ordered rakhi hamper 9 days before rakshabandhan for my brother and scheduled the delivery 3 days before rakhi for being on safe side. Even today(rakshabandhan) the rakhi hamper was not delivered. When raised complaint we get automated replies and abstract response. When we are spending this much amount on a rakhi we expect quality and timely delivery and proper response. Don't order anything from this website they only take your money and no service, worst ever experience.

Delay in delivery and products missing

I will not order anything further. This was my first time and the experience is bad. Neither is the order delivered on time nor are the customer care executives available on call. Plus, they are least bothered even if the issues is conveyed to them.
Horrible service.

My sister ordered a couple rakhi for me, however, they delivered very cheap rakhi and it was not the same that she ordered. Even after complain, they didn't do anything. Cheater company and cheat services. They took 1850 rupees for a rakhi of cost approx 50 rupees. Do not use their services. Not recommended 😕!

Ordered twice from this dump website and the order has not been delivered as expected , they even charged for the earliest delivery rs 440 but didn't fill the promise..
My recommendations pls never use this..rather use..IGP or Amazon but this for sure

Had ordered Rakhi on 11/08/24, raksha bandhan being on 19/08/24. It showed delivery on 15/08/2024 and on 16/08/2024 I mailed them complaining about the same. So I got response , it's estimated delivery date and order is delivered in 3-5 working days. Today being 18/08/2024 and tracking shows the order is processed. I again mailed but no response. Had to hurriedly send from other site and finally made it possible. But no response from floweraura.com.
Very very bad experience and not recommended at all.

I had placed my order 8226571 on 14th august for same day delivery. It’s 18th today but order is still showing as order placed. No progress at all. It was a Rakhi order what will be the point of delivering it after Rakhi? That too if they deliver as I think it’s a FRAUD website. I have checked comments on their instagram posts which shows 100s of customers facing same problem. I think they should shut down if they can’t deliver instead of stealing other people’s money

Worst experience, ordered rakhi on 12th Aug, early morning. Delivery date was shown as 16thAug. Not able to track on the app & when I called the customer services, even they could not track it saying it’s under process. We will try to delivery by 19thAug. What’s the point of ordering from flower aura. Amazon & flipkart are better when it comes to their delivery dates & ease of tracking/contacting.
When I asked to register my complaint, was told that it cannot be registered since ur order is under process. Pathetic overall experience.

Two products were missing and those which were delivered were of worst quality.The order was delivered 5 hours after the expected slot end time. I ordered it to be delivered in 9 AM -2.00 PM slot but it was delivered at 9.00 PM. The product was of worst quality. Pathetic and horrible experience for me
