It was the worst experience ever. I ordered flowers on Valentine's Day. The order did not get delivered, but the status of my order said it was offered—a waste of money and time. I never recommend this app to anyone. There was no way to connect with them.

Ordered to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Product was never delivered. The delivery guy called and said he would deliver but never answered the phone nor delivered. Email received stating that product was delivered but it was just lies. Horrible experience

Worst service ever beaware before u book from them they can spoil the whole day for u and it takes ages to get something resolved. Order a hamper for valentine's days which was supposed to be delivered by 21:00 order was placed at 10 in the morning, order never reached but the status was updated to delivered, imagine your in the hope of a gift reaching but it never does, took 2 days and over 1 and a half hour of call time to actually get a person to help, eventually the money was refunded but the special day was lost and no gift was delivered so beaware before u order from them.

Worst experience. Ordered a gift for my partner and they sent wrong item and now not answering to calls, emails, or messages. They have scammed many people on Valentine's day. No option of zero star 😔

Since morming waiting for delivery of flowers. Don't order with them

I ordered for valentine's day and paid extra for speed delivery but I haven't received my order.All the contact numbers which they have provided on the website are unreachable.This website is a complete scam.I have seen many comments on their instagram page for their fake profile and service.It is too pathetic .You guys be ashamed for what you are doing.I am not even having an option to refund.This is just a scam page for money.I do not have option to give zero stars as rating.

Cheating i pay for 22 inch teddy and they are telling they will deliver 12 inch teddy

They are charging extra for the time slot but delivery is done randomly.I have chosen morning slot and was delivered in afternoon

Worst service . I had ordered for my sister in law birthday. But the payment had done twice . I am sharing the screenshot too them. But they are not ready to refund. Worst customer service no empathy. No proper communication. And also I ordered cake and bamboo plant in combo. But they didn't delivered the plant. And also they told they will refund but they didn't refund. So i request not to use this website.

Very shit experience. I ordered a set of flowers supposed to be delivered in a day and still hasn’t. This looks like a scam event after paying premium for quick delivery the roof product is not delivered.
Won’t recommend at all.

I ordered a customized pillow, mug, and flowers for my mom's birthday. The promised delivery date for the pillow and mug was Feb 1st; however, it has not been delivered to date - Feb 6th.
All I get are the standard pre-set messages that they will escalate and check or that the order is in transit.
I have requested a refund, but they don't want to discuss it.
This is not the 1st time - it has happened multiple times. I guess they have no control and/or accountability for any 3rd party items on their website.
Why sell, then?

I ordered a flower arrangement with a vase from FlowerAura, hoping to make someone's day special. Unfortunately, the experience was utterly disappointing. The flowers were in poor condition—wilted, dull, and far from fresh. To make matters worse, the vase they sent was clearly used, with visible scratches and stains.

This is not what I expected when paying for a premium service. FlowerAura's quality control seems nonexistent. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and quality floral arrangements. Very disappointing!

Order something else n got something else. Pathetic app.. they purchased the flowers from a roadside seller n delivered it.

I am beyond disappointed with this online florist. I ordered an expensive bouquet for my sister's wedding—a once-in-a-lifetime occasion—and they completely ruined it. The flowers were never delivered. I trusted them to deliver on their promise, but instead, they failed to fulfill the order without any explanation. The only explanation was failed delivery attempt as the secutity of the hotel did not allow the delivery staff to enter.

Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, all I received were excuses and unhelpful responses. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund for the flowers that were never delivered. I even pleaded a lot to make this delivery, but they still insisted there was nothing they could do. They offered to deliver next day at extra delivery charges, but what the point to deliver a day after the wedding.

This isn't just about the money—it’s about the emotional significance of the occasion. My sister’s wedding day was incomplete because of their incompetence. Their lack of professionalism and empathy is shocking.

If you’re looking for a reliable florist for an important event, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. They don’t seem to care about their customers or their commitments. I wouldn’t trust them with even the smallest order after this experience.

Save yourself the frustration and heartache—choose a florist that values your trust and respects your special moments. This company clearly does neither.

Premium Flower banquet order entrusted to a Cake shop, which has no expertise in it…This Cake shop Bakingo has taken order from FlowerAura to deliver high quality flowers bouquets ..…pathetic service.. absolutely liars on delivery that they called the receiver.. had to call multiple times & delivery did not reached on time ... Had to improve a lot to keep their name..

Please consider delisting useless store for deliveries and be cautious

FlowerAura failed to deliver my order for my mother’s birthday, citing an “attempted delivery” due to an unreachable phone. Despite providing the correct address, their process relied entirely on phone coordination, which was not communicated upfront. The flowers were discarded, and they refused to issue a refund, hiding behind rigid policies. This lack of flexibility and poor service ruined a special occasion. I won’t order from them again and wouldn’t recommend their services.

Pathetic service and worst online delivery site..Would recommend no one to go through this delivery site for their loved ones..Ordered cake and gifts for my sisters birthday and they failed to deliver and inspite of the 5th day today not a single enquiry from their end.

Why are you lying blatantly when the delivery of the apologetic bouquet has still not arrived at my house? The screenshot below states that it has been delivered, but it has not been received.
This is absolutely ridiculous. I am done with this situation and feel compelled to return to consumer court to file a case against FlowerAura for cheating. I intend to recover all the money I have lost, including any court fees, along with additional compensation for the continuous lies communicated through emails and WhatsApp messages.

Please refer to the email trails below. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate, there is still no clarity on the actions being taken by FlowerAura. This ongoing lack of communication and resolution reflects a significant failure in the florist industry. As a customer, I expect transparency and accountability, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism in handling customer concerns.

The worst site i have ever seen . They are taking orders but not fulfilling commitment. I have booked tikka from their web sites . They book the order by commiting that they will be deliver on 2nd Nov before bhai doj. Now i am chatting with them they are saying it will take 1-2 days more and no one is telling exact position
