Very bad service; never deliver on time and delivered stale flowers.

Had such a TERRIBLE experience with FlowerAura :( WORST service. Ordered 2 bouquet of orchids & cake for Mother’s Day (May 11, 2025) but nothing was delivered. On May 12, stale items arrived in bad condition & were returned by the receiver. Yet you falsely marked it as “delivered” on May 13.😞
My Brother had exactly the same experience with you on May 11th, 2025.
SHAME ON YOU for lying & fooling people. :(

MOST UNRELIABLE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DELAYED DELIVERIES. You are making FOOL of people. Instead of making someone’s occasion special you guys are ruining. People are trusting you & paying you for FRESH FLOWERS, CAKE and TIMELY DELIVERY on their special occasion NOT FOR YOU TO SEND STALE GIFTS AFTER THE OCCASSION IS OVER😞 Sending gift for someone on a later date after the occasion has passed away has NO MEANING at all. Very unreliable, not trust worthy and inconsistent service on 2 ocassion’s previously too. The receiver informed me about the Late delivery and stale flowers. Never going to rely on you ever again and will tell all my Contacts too to Never book any service from FlowerAura. You cannot be TRUSTED for any of our ocassion’s since you are delivering the stuff next day that too in stale condition after the occassian is over. What’s the point ? The whole purpose is defeated.😟😞

Not fraud, they did deliver the product. But compared to the photo and the item delievered was atleast 1/3 the cost they charged. And not matching to the photo at all. These guys are the reason why people are still working with local flowers shop.

Ordered cake for mother day. It says delivered but my mother never received it. Raised a complaint they are saying it is delivered, hilarious. Order number 8847230

Update: They refunded the full amount within 24 hours.

I live abroad and for mother's day surprise for my mom, I decided to order flowers and gifts. I ordered everything on Friday and paid extra for 'Priority delivery' for Sunday (6am-3pm)
Then Sunday came and there was nothing delivered. Asked brother to call customer service and they said due to it being a delivery rush, it will be slightly late. Then came 4pm, 6pm, 8pm and I finally received a message that the gifts were delivered.
I called mom again and eventually had to spill the beans that I had a surprise for her. She was surprised for sure because she received NOTHING!!
At 9pm customer service said that they aren't able to get hold of the vendor or the delivery person. Not even a 'sorry' or a call back from Flower Aura this entire time. I told them that I want my money back. They said that when the goods are finally delivered, I should send it back. Umm the cake would be completely pointless in this heat, the flowers would probably be withered and the 3rd gift would be the only thing that is not edible or living so NO, I don't want your products anyway. I just want my money back for ruining a perfectly good surprise!!

Pathetic Service. Fraud. They send message that receiver didn’t answer the phone. When checked with receiver, they never got any call. This happened with both the orders and cannot be coincidence. When complained to customer care, after and hour, got another message that attempted delivery failed, where as all my family members were at home. This after they charged me 100 extra for preferential delivery between 6-3PM and at least until 7PM order was not delivered. Wasted day. Wasted efforts and utter disappointment. Spoiled my day.

First time ordered! The delivery guy called 18 times for address! Wrong cake delivered with wrong name. Never ordering again. Special day ruined!

Very disappointed with my FlowerAura order. The flowers were stale and the bouquet had way fewer flowers than shown online. Definitely not worth the price wouldn’t have spent so much if I knew the quality would be this poor.

The worst experience ever - ordered for a vase of flowers to be delivered to someone special on their birthday but it never got delivered. Therefore, you rely on this service to make up for not being able to meet the person but it falls through. Would never recommend this service to anyone.

They're heavily using the chemicals for colouring the cakes and the colours are not going even after soap wash.

I have been a regular customer of floweraura but this time I am really very upset with their services!!! The chocolate cake was not delivered on the birthday occasion so it was no use !! And inspite of writing them so many emails they denied to resolve this issue!!! Really unprofessional people !! I am going to sue them for the non delivery and rude behavior of customer service. I suggest people dont use flower aura. Dont trust them. They have not refunded our 1000 rs and they are asking for additional money for delivery.

Ordered the Butterfly Garden Cake for my best friend’s birthday—arrived damaged! Replacement came super late (10:30/10:45 PM), ruining the celebration. Taste? Awful! Even roadside cakes are better. Never ordering from FlowerAura again! #WORSTEXPERIENCE #WASTEOFMONEY #DONOTORDERAGAIN

I ordered a customised bouquet worth Rs 7000 for my mother with 75 flowers to be counted for it. Firstly, the flowers that came looked beautiful at first but did not fulfill the promise that they would be fresh and last at least a few days. The roses wilted within 2 days and lilies within 4 days.

Secondly, I gave the exact number of flowers to the girl Zoya, and told her to count to 75 and she counted in 11 more than that. After paying I checked and told her she had increased the flowers so I was to get 780 Rs refund. Its been one week and two times I have called in between, and got no message for them for the refund nor the refund.

They did mess with complete order. It was really disgusting way to deliver . They were supposed to send hamper of chocolates instead they sent chocolates in sabji plastic bag. It was the worst service from FlowerAura and I will never recommend it to anyone

The cake was delivered in such a poor condition and the greeting note was written by someone on a piece of paper. The worst is the custom service. An action should be taken for just service providers who think they can get away with anything.

I ordered a Truffle Cake, but I received a cheap Chocolate Cream Cake, completely different from what I paid for. To make things worse, the cake was in horrible condition, and the taste was outright stale and disgusting.

Is this the kind of fraudulent service FlowerAura provides? Delivering the wrong item and that too in such terrible quality? This is not just disappointing; it’s a rip-off. You’ve completely ruined my experience and trust in your brand.
