I ordered a personalized gift hamper for my little sister on her birthday and it was absolutely awesome! Quality was great and it was delivered on time. Thanks floweraura, for making her day so special!

Please avoid ordering from this website. I had placed an order for 2 rakhis and 2 sweet boxes from India for my brother in Texas. But only one rakhi and one sweet box were delivered.

When I contacted customer support, I was told the remaining items would be sent soon. But there was no update for days. I followed up again, only to be told now that they won’t be delivering the rest (probably to save on shipping costs) and instead offered a refund — just a few days before the festival!

There are no timely updates. You only hear from them when you follow up, and the responses are mostly vague excuses. Really disappointing experience. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

This company is utter bullshit. They delivered 1 hamper and I had ordered 5. I register the complaint and they take 2 days to figure out if I am saying the truth. Still, what they do is re-send me the order. I clearly mentioned I want the refund and I am never gonna order with you guys again, so no need of sending the complete order now. My surprise has been ruined, still they said they will give partial refund. I ordered it from Canada so I have to take time during late night to call them. Still, after 3 days of calling them, I still have not got the refund email. I want the full refund.

Oh my, what a disappointing experience.

The flowers pictured on the website are not what you get when they are delivered.

There was ZERO flower arranging, which is partly what you pay for. The flowers arrived on the back of a scootry, the drive quickly shoved the flowers in the vases (paid for) and then brought them up. Just to be clear 1 delivery driver brought up 5 vased boutques as if they were vegetables.

This is not down to the delivery guy, this is very much a Flower Aura issue. Do not promote beautiful flowers if you're selling them like potatoes!

Additionally, WHY WHY WHY are the flowers always put into foam?? They have no chance to aborbing water or lasting more than 2 days. Or is this a way of making customers buy more (which won't happen).

Flowers are selected and ordered with such sentiment but provided with some lack of care.

They sent inferior quality flowers that were poorly arranged as compared to what was shown online. On top of that, upon receiving the complaint, they had the audacity to send a person to the recipient of the flowers and take the flowers back in order to process the refund. They didn’t even bother to correct the error. Worst experience ever. Ruined someone’s birthday surprise entirely.

Horrible experience..they colour the orchids artificially..it happened twice with me.. total scam..

Highly Disappointed - Poor Quality and Misleading Experience

Ordered orchids with white roses and a beautiful heart-shaped cake from FlowerAura for Rs.1800. After payment, I was informed orchids were unavailable, and cheaper red carnations were substituted, promising extra quantity. The delivered bouquet was sparse, looked cheap, and nothing like advertised; the cake looked messy and unappetizing. When I complained, I was offered just Rs.150 in app credit—a poor response to an embarrassing situation. Misleading website and substandard quality—would not recommend.

I ordered a cake on July 2nd, and I’m extremely disappointed and concerned about what we received. While serving the cake to my family, we noticed small worms inside it, which was both shocking and disgusting.

What’s worse, my brother has been ill for the past two days after eating a slice. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene and food safety standards being followed.

I hope the business takes this seriously and investigates the issue. No one should have to worry about their health when ordering something as simple and joyful as a cake.

I wanted to buy from them but there isn't any way to manually put in the right address. The address page keeps showing you different addresses based on their own saved details. waste of time!!!

Do not order from them, their website is completely useless. Their customer service is completely lying. Even after ordering three days in advance, the delivery arrived two hours late. The order was placed three days in advance. The delivery arrived at 3 pm. The staff is saying that the cake is ready and is arriving without place the order to baker. They are just lying. It is better to talk to someone local and save your function, rather than trusting them. Just a 0 star service

Awful, frustrating and pathetic experience I have ever came across all e commerce sites.
First of all i requested for address change withing 2 km, which was rejected. Then order was not delivered just because I could not attend the call of the delivery guys.but my family was at home for the delivery. So item was not delivered and marked attempted.
When asked about redelivery, it was well beyond time of celebration.
The reason what I got for 'why they didn't just deliver it to the address' was my address was wrong, then next reason was they don't deliver the order unless recipient receives the call. Asked me to go through their terms and conditions. So guys if you dont want to ruin your celebration, I suggest better go for local vendors rather than dealing with these useless online dealers.
It was a lesson for my life.

They used worst material to make a 500 gm cake and price is rs 900/- approx.
The so called pista was green colour artificial material which leaves green colour on the cake.Cake base was also worst and very third grade material used by them making someone birthday experience bad.
People don't trap in their pics and false reviews and never buy their products.

I am very disappointed with FlowerAura. I ordered condolence flowers for my mother after the passing of my father, and I had included a heartfelt message with the order. The flowers were delivered without any message, which caused confusion and emotional distress at an already difficult time.

When I raised a complaint, the response I received was very unprofessional — they blamed their system and even asked me to pay ₹100 extra to send a message card now! This is not about ₹100, it is about basic service, ethics, and integrity.

I have been a loyal customer of FlowerAura, but after this experience, I will never order from them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed with the lack of responsibility and care.

Before ordering cake and flower, i have checked with flower Aura on whatsapp and asked whether they can deliver before 12noon or not, then after they confirmed only i ordered. Now after ordering tbey send me a notification delivery will be between 9am to 12 noo, however after 12 noon when i called they said delivery will be 3.30 pm, and it is they are doing a favour? Is this is the attitude they show after ordering? Very bad experience

*****Terrible Experience with Flower Aura - Avoid at All Costs********

I ordered a cake and flower bouquet from Flower Aura for my parents' 50th anniversary, hoping to make their day special. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disaster. The cake was ugly, and the flowers were withered. I had specifically ordered a fusion flower arrangement with a vase, but received six wilted flowers wrapped in paper instead.

When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, they were extremely rude and offered me a mere ₹250 voucher as compensation, refusing to do anything more. This is unacceptable, especially for such an important occasion. Flower Aura clearly does not understand the significance of special events and the emotions involved. Their poor service and lack of empathy ruined what should have been a memorable day.

I strongly advise against using Flower Aura for any special occasions. They do not value their customers and fail to deliver quality products. Save yourself the disappointment and go with a reliable local vendor instead.

Awfully service, poor quality flowers and delivery took almost a full day. AVOID..

Received my order. Slip on sandals faulty, I asked for a refund and/or returns label. They said give the sandals to a friend & offered me 20% off my next order. I refused & since then I just get the same message over & over. Disgraceful service, they want your money & you'll not get it back. Avoid like the plague they are.
