I am extremely disappointed with the delivery experience. The delivery boy went to the wrong address and then started demanding extra money. When my father tried to explain, he began abusing and speaking in a very disrespectful manner. This ruined our festival day and caused unnecessary stress for the whole family. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

My order ID 9009330 amount still not refund ….customer care keeps telling complaint team will call back but no response till now
Keep saying wait 24hrs, 48hrs, 72hrs then today is Saturday then sunday……its a loop
Pathetic service and no accountability

I was really depressed as they did not deliver my rakhi to usa. I sent two rakhis and spend rs 4200. They sent it on 15th August instead of 9th August. I am grateful that it did reach.

Ordered pink flower 100 of them they sent 15 !!!a-hole of service this is!!!

Totally NOT satisfied with their service. I ordered rakhi to Australia and delivery date said 8th Aug. Its 13th Aug today and still my order is not delivered. They don't share vendor tracking details. No proper response. No proper email or chat support. I will never ever opt for this henceforth.

I ordered rakhi to America, paid Rs 4200, For two rakhis, none has been delivered and they have taken the money in full on 5th august, do not return the money, do not reply on emails and show only one order in process from 5th august to 12 august.
I have been looted of my money and relations turn sour.
We need to complain to the higher authorities to close this website as it is looting NRI's and residents of india.
I will follow them up and complain to the higher authorities.

One of the worst company ever.
The promised to Deliver the Rakhi on Saturday in India, But they forgot to Deliver it on time.
At the same time, being living in overseas, they failed to dispatch it on time. Upon asking the refund for the same there is no more further communication for it. On top of what i paid, we have to get someone spend extra for the Rakhi, It was on Saturday 9th August which their website says get it deliver in 3 hours only, but 3 days and they failed to deliver my parcel. The parcel then got delivered 2 days after the date. Wont trust this site again. And i wont recommend anyone to use their service again as well.

I am extremely disappointed with their service. I placed an order worth ₹874 for a Rakhi with sweets, but the order was never confirmed, even though the amount was deducted from my account. When I contacted customer care, they claimed they had received a lesser payment. I provided them with proof of the full payment, yet there has been no resolution.

Now, they are not answering my calls, and there has been no communication on WhatsApp either. They have still not refunded my money, which is unacceptable and highly disappointing.

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this website and will certainly not be recommending it.

The cake that I ordered ,id 9076030 ,from India to be delivered to US on 9th august was never delivered. On whatsapp of their app they keep writing that it's been delivered but I have confirmed with receivers that they have not received the cake. You are a fake site. Cheating people

Pathetic service. . I ordered Rakhi from flower aura delivery was showing 8th aug in Singapore . But it was never delivered. They have pathetic customer service , never provide any resolution ( they said they do not have any status update as it’s third party ) my Rakhi was not delivered till 10 th aug ( working hours of Australia) and even if it gets delivered on 11th , what’s the use as occasion has already past .

I will never order from Floweraura ... ever again. Ordered rakhi for USA but they did not deliver it by rakhi event There response is that it was only an estimated date. Other service providers delivered rakhis for me,on time,in India, Canada and US because they understand the importance of "firm dates".... but not flower aura. Customer support parrots useless response. Their site shows they are rated 4.9 and I fell for it. I wish I had not used this company for online shopping. Rakhis have still not been delivered.

They will just take your money and won't deliver your items. It's fraud company, typical indian startup which puts all their efforts to one time fleecing of customers rather than build a reliable service so that customers come back.

NEVER USE THEM...I will give them a negative score, pathetic service. They are cheaters, they will not deliver the items ordered and will not return the money. Rakhi I ordered for my two bothers, I ordered 8 items from them and they have delivered only one item. for my other brother they did not even deliver the Rakhi and say that no money will be returned...

One of the worst company I had experience with zero ethics. I have order rakhi it supposed to deliver by Wednesday 3rd Aug still not delivered multiple reminder I have send no response from customer service no tracking. Pathetic Service I have lost money and face as well.

If I could give a zero stars for this horrible business I would. This online business is nothing but a loot. I placed my order on the 4th and it shows it will be delivered by the 7th. I messaged and messaged n messaged them like crazy but no use. They just want your money!!!! I wish I had read the reviews before placing the order. I’m so disappointed, it’s such a shame that they are taking people’s money like this. Such a scam!!!!!!
