Horrible experience by floweraura they aren't responding to calls, mails, texts nothing. Absolutely pathetic. Please don't order from this website for special occasions. The day has passed and the order is still not arrived so I lost money also and received awful customer service too.

The flowers were not delivered at all but there website indicated it was delivered. They also have a horrible customer service.

Don't ever order in this website they are frauds today is mother's day I order my mother's cake but they didn't delivered it.... And they didn't answer my call and messages and refund my money..... don't order plz pathetic services

I wish I could give them zero stars. The order was never delivered. And it’s extremely difficult to connect with a live agent and get a refund. Would not trust any other company than Ferns and Petals.

Everyone that can go wrong goes wrong with floweraura. As a 1st time customer tried their gift for Mother’s Day order. What would have been as simple Mother’s Day gift turned into a long day ordeal.
They don’t have a simple system to monitor or tracker orders. You will never come to know the real status.
Will never order from floweraura and would recommend others not to do so.

They took the order and neve delivered. Didn't take calls the whole day. Not even sure I will get the refund back! Total Frauds!

I had ordered lilies for my mom on Mother’s Day from FlowerAura. The website showed them fully bloomed, but what my mom received were closed buds that hadn’t opened. FlowerAura specifically highlighted open lilies in their images, so what we got felt completely different. It felt misleading—online they show one thing, and we get another. Honestly, it’s better to buy flowers in person, where you can see what you’re getting. With online orders, they’re playing with our emotions. It’s not even about the money—it’s about the intention. I sent those flowers for my mom, and receiving something else was just disappointing.

Wilted flowers delivered. Website promised beautifully arranged Lillies but delivered old and almost decaying flowers.
Ordered for a very special personal occasion but was shocked when flowers arrived .
Truly disappointing. Will never order and will never recommend.

Never ever order from here. They are the worst and bad customer service. After clearly delivering a bad product they even justify it. Save the embarrassment of sending anything for your loved ones from this place.

Iam extremely disappointed with my recent order..explanation about the availability was not acceptable.As the final product looked like random cake. I had specifically requested a chocolate cake with a custom design, including specific patterns and golden balls. If i want to order normal chocolate cake i have many option which is less cost price .i chode this because there is some patterna and design on the cake thats why they charge a little high cost .However, what I received was a plain chocolate cake that looked nothing like the design I provided and also ordered a happy birthday named stick which is not in there with the cake it was missing .When I reached out, their explanation was that they deliver based on 'availability,' which is unacceptable for a custom order. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for professional

Very bad customer support ,firstly the delivery estimated time was between 2 to 7 pm which never happened .
My parents left for venue and the delivery guy called an hour after ,they could not pick the call
While ordering in the special instructions I have requested if order could be delivered an half an hour early which did not help .
The what's app support team kept me waiting half an hour for an update until I raised a complaint , instead of supporting for prompt delivery the whatsapp support team say it's our fault as we did not pick the call and the audacity to say we have to wait until we receive the delivery though it's late .
One thing to remember if time was not a restraint and if a customer can wait why choose ur service? and we don't have all the time in the world to wait for that one poor service which can't deliver a bouquet on time .
Not going for this next time kindly train your what's app support team on customer handling

Really happy with the service and availability of options, although the card could have been stapled a little less or sealed in a different way as it would be difficult for the reciever to read the message. Other than that they're worth trusting and do same day delivery service

The funeral wreath was delivered with
- wilted flowers, although you promise 7 hours of freshness on your website
- insects in the flowers,
- just the shape was fine.
The wreath looked more than sad and cheap.

I had a very disappointing experience with FlowerAura. I had placed a customised order for 60 peach roses wrapped in striped pink premium paper, and the order was clearly confirmed by their team.

However, what was delivered was far from what was promised. The roses were of very poor quality and already in bad condition at the time of delivery. To make matters worse, they began withering by the same evening, which is completely unacceptable for a fresh flower order.

When I reached out to request a replacement, instead of resolving the issue properly, I was only offered 20–25 roses as a “complementary” gesture. This does not come close to compensating for the order I originally placed and paid for.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend FlowerAura if you are expecting quality products or reliable customer service.

Very unprofessional service - they recipient for my flower delivery did not pick up and hence they claimed that the delivery was attempted and could not be delivered and therefore not refundable.

No one contacted me to let me know on the contrary they messaged to say it was delivered. Which is wrong.

I'm extremely disappointed. I ordered a birthday cake for my nephew well in advance, but on the day of his birthday, I was informed that delivery would not be possible that day they would try to deliver it the next day instead, if that was acceptable to me.
What makes this even more frustrating is that my wife had warned me not to order from this platform because she had a similar experience before. I didn't listen. I should have checked the customer reviews beforehand.

Ordered flowers to be delivered in Lucknow. The agent calls up the SENDER, takes the address and delivers TO SENDER! The customer service team keeps arguing that we called up the recipient, without bothering to check numbers. Should have checked reviews first.
