Volo in ritardo di 9 ore, rimborso dovuto 600€
In fase iniziale ti chiedono addirittura l’estratto conto personale per poterti accreditare il rimborso ( a cosa serve lo sanno solo loro)
Rimborso accreditato 115€ bonifico arrivato dalla Romania, il resto dei soldi se li sono tenuti.

Muy mal. Despues de 6 meses me ingresaron 116 euros en vez de 250. Ya se hay comision para ellos pero tanto? Nada,jamas volvere usar servicio de estos

If you want your flight tickets to be paid after 7 months, to have interminable conversations with uninformed and lack of knowledge about customer service or their own protocols , go ahead and use this company services! I can't give less 1 star because they will receive -0. They will not be transparent with their fees, or how much the company owes you. Or a final desglose bill...

La verdad que super bien, se ocuparon de todo, yo no tuve que hacer absolutamente nada mas que completar el formulario, las veces que me comunique con ellos contestaron de inmediato y luego de 6 meses (tiempo que me pareció razonable) recibí el dinero en mi cuenta bancaria.

worst service ever. Had to file 3x my boarding passes although already mentioned previously that everything was there and after 6 months they state that we cannot get a compensation due to delay less than 3h ! It was a cancelled flight and the other one was more than 6 h delayed so we missed our connection to Lima! Don't use these guys !!

More than a year to do the job!! I'm waiting since almost two years, and I had to send multiple emails to have unclear answers, I feel I got the money only because they couldnt manage to get rid of me! And never possible to contact someone directly, no answer clear from the emails ....

Sincer nu ma asteptam sa mai primesc banii dupa 3 ani. Am avut nenumarate interventii fara un raspuns relativ . Intr-un final am primit si eu despagubirea. Multumesc

This is simply not true, it is minimum 400 EUR, l have done my research !!

I have been waiting for this since end of September.
You are slow and not communicating at all, it is pretty obvious that you are using our money.

I do honestly suggest you send the proper amount of compensation or l am taking legal action and steps towards the company as you have been sitting on my money ever since.

This is a seriouse case of financial abuse and malpractice. Believe me, l know as l am the Head of an Trade Finance and Credit Analyst service line - l do exactly know what is happening there behind the scenes…

It's the worst experience I've ever had. It's passed already 2 years and I still haven't received any money!!! You're sending me empty promises all the time and two years no money back! It's cheating hiys, ise any other company when you're screwed but not this one!

Although it took time to settle the case, the Flight Help team and persons responsible for solving the case and migrating it to online platform was more than professional. Quick and competent.
Only small inconvenience for me was the fact that I was never informed about the amount of the compensation.
