Thank goodness Tayla B was at work this day. A very efficient and bright young lady. She was quick and happy to help with our preposed flights . We were having trouble with navigating the airline on line. Tayla also asked if she could help with accommodation. Very quickly she gave us options and it was so easy for her. We were most impressed.

Online prices are lower than in-store prices, which is misleading. Won’t be using Flight Centre again.

Hi Rebekah, pricing is based on live availability and fare levels at the time of booking. Our customers can absolutely act as their own agent to look after their booking easily online, and our instore teams are ready and available to provide expertise for those customers keen to book instore.
Regardless, we'll be sure to manage your feedback internally as appropriate.

Absolute criminals.
Absolute criminals.
Got a quote from their online team for 6 nights in Waikiki Hawaii.
They added so much bloated garbage to the quote it was frankly laughable .
A captains package for $118 which was basically a whole lot of useless garbage. That was listed as optional which made it easier on my brain.
But then - then I nearly spat out my tea .
$764 for travel insurance added to the quote for two adults , with no preexisting conditions , for 6 nights in Hawaii!!!! The most I could find online from very reputable travel insurers with all the add ons was $325.
What an absolute joke - verging on criminal behavior. What is the mark up on the product ?
Imagine seeing a TV ad for their Hawaii Package deals thinking you might save some cash in this messed up economy and then seeing that absurdly insane price bolted on.
Whoever is running this business needs to seriously reevaluate how to attract customers.
I will NEVER book with flight center after this experience.
Buyer beware to the max - check your quotes and go the the hotels and airlines direct to save hundreds or thousands of $.

Sorry ton see you are not happy with your experience. As you mentioned, the captains pack is optional, and does add fantastic value for our customers who choose to take this out.
Insurance is also something that is recommended, and offered for customers, but is not compulsory. Pricing will vary based on multiple details such as destinations, dates, traveller ages etc. Regardless, we will be sure to manage your feedback internally with our team as appropriate, and we hope you do have a great trip!
