Flight Centre New Zealand Arvostelua

Absolutely first class service from Jane Canning, very professional, very informative on routes and carriers even considering we were leaving our booking quite late. Jane is an extensive traveller so knows her stuff. Top service as usual from Flight Centre.

I really enjoyed working with Claudia at Newtown Flight Centre. She was super knowledgable, lively and fun to discuss my holiday plans with. I trusted her with getting my friend and me to Europe, including advice on stopovers and hotel recommendations. Forever grateful that she chose Singapore and not the Middle East, given the current crisis.

Utterly useless. My 18yo bought tickets for her OE. When she got to the airport, despite her having an itinerary and an email telling her to present this ticket with your passport etc, there were no tickets in the airline database. Long story short - took so long to have ticket issued, she missed her flights. Trying to rebook they denied that they hadn't issued the tickets properly the months earlier then denied that they had resent the ticket when it did finally appear in the database 16 minutes after the flights closed. Despite clear evidence, they deducted fees and taxes when we reissued. We also tried to go to the local branch to speak to someone in person. They refused to help as it was booked online and not their franchise.
Original itinerary was sent with no advice around visas or entry requirements.
Refund? 12-16 weeks. Booked new flights via Expedia.

good commication by Stefan in hamilton base branch

Grace have been our family go to when we are booking our holidays for over few years now. She used to be in Riccarton and moved to Barrington despite the longer distance we still go to her. Grace is truly an asset to Flight centre her expertise in travel, she does what she says she will do and she would go above and beyond for her customers. I recently had an overseas travel due to medical reasons, and the experience was truly amazing throughout both ways. I can't thanks Grace enough for her amazing service and support. Will def be back and will always spread the word around. Thank you so much Grace.

Excellent service. Customer care team are wonderful. Love it.

Jas from Flight Centre Coastlands, thank you so much for all the information and making my booking so easy!
What a lovely person to deal with.
My mum and stepdad have also done dealings with Jas and have found her to be so helpful.
Excellent service, thanks Jas, I will be back :-)

Thad D’Souza, our flight consultant Flight Centre, has been incredibly helpful in organising our packaged trip to China. He was quick to respond to all our questions, patient throughout the process, and consistently prompt with his support.
This isn’t the first time Thad has assisted me with my travel arrangements—he previously organised my wonderful holiday to Fiji, including all the excursion tours. Once again, he delivered an outstanding experience.
Thad has a great ability to work around our preferred dates while securing excellent package deals. Thanks to his expertise, both trips were seamless and truly memorable for me and my travel group.
I highly recommend Thad for organising any travel—his professionalism and dedication make all the difference. Thank You Thad!

I have recently returned from a trip to China organised by Thaddeus D'souza (Auckland). The trip was very well organised and all the necessary information for the trip was provided by Thaddeus in a timely and friendly manner. It was a wonderful trip and the package included some lovely food experiences and great tours. Definitely a trip to remember. I will surely use them for future trips and holidays. Thank you Thaddeus.

Flight Centre Lambton Quay Wellington is my travel agent of choice. Yvonne did a grand job organising my flights, accommodation and payment for our Melbourne trip. She kept me up to date and sent me reminders which I appreciated. I will be speaking with Yvonne and Flight Centre again to organise my next trip in 2027.

the customer service, the extra work done to get the best price with the right dates and times

I had a wonderful experience with Flight Centre Cambridge. I contacted Travel Expert, Chantal Grim. I was unsure about what to book and worried travelling with family. Chantal made the process so simple! She gave us great deals and options for accommodation. I highly recommend Chantal and really excited about our trip to Sydney. Thank you Flight Centre team 😊

Gon Vega was really helpful, helped us find the best deal for our trip to the UK for the route we wanted, with a lot of questions and needs. I've always used Flight Centre for all my holiday booking as I've always had great service from everyone I've dealt with for the last 20+ years of traveling back and forwards to the UK. Its nice to have the same friendly helpful service no matter who I've dealt with for all this time. Thank you for making my holidays that little bit easier to enjoy and relax.

Smooth, easy, stress free. Was really helpful and adaptable to changes I required. Thank you

I booked my flights, travel insurance and accommodation for my 5 week trip at Flight Centre Lambton Quay, Wellington. How lucky was I that Daniel Dias looked after these details for me. Not only had Daniel travelled to the countries I was visiting, but as a former resident of Rio de Janiero, his recommendations about where to stay and what to do there were spot on.
