I’ve been going to Flight Centre for years now and am so impressed by the assistance I’ve received from everyone at this office. I couldn’t travel without them.
Recently I went to Andrew Stafford with a trip-related insurance issue. He was incredibly patient and kind. And solved what to me had been a huge problem.
It’s great to have Flight Centre as a resource. Good work you all!

We haven’t left for our trip yet, so this review is focused solely on the planning and booking experience — and we couldn’t be happier. Working with Linda was a true pleasure. She made us feel genuinely heard and took the time to present all our options, which was incredibly important to us.

What we had expected to be a stressful process turned out to be simple and even enjoyable, thanks to Linda’s expertise and care. She crafted an itinerary that met all our needs and requests, stayed within budget, and delivered exceptional value.

I had the pleasure of working with Ashley Harold at the Flight Center in Burlington. This was basically a last minute flight to Calgary for the Calgary Stampede and to visit Banff. Ashley was very professional and courteous along with showing a lot of patience as it was close to closing time. We recently booked a group of 10 through Flight Centre with Kyle, and while the booking itself went smoothly at first, the follow-up experience was incredibly frustrating and concerning—especially when it comes to family travel.

After paying for the flights, the agent told us we could select our seats. What he failed to mention was that 3 members of our group had been booked under a fare class that did not allow seat selection—including a 5-year-old child. It is completely unreasonable and unsafe to assume a young child might be randomly seated apart from their family.

There were multiple opportunities where Kyle could have flagged this, clarified the fare differences, or at the very least helped us allocate the economy fares to more flexible adults. But instead, I only found this out after the payment was processed and I had gone through the seat selection process—at which point I was told I’d have to pay extra to seat the remaining 3 people (including the child).

This was misleading and irresponsible. I would not recommend booking through Flight Centre, especially if you’re traveling as a family or group where seating together matters.

Our travel agent, Kate, as always, went above and beyond to start the organization and planning for our AMA River Cruise to Bordeaux, June 2026. We always leave Flight Centre knowing that we are in good hands.

Erin Dougan is absolutely incredible! She is very friendly, detail orientated and is always a great help. In addition, Erin's advice has been invaluable and I trust her completely with trip arrangements.

He provided multiple options that fit within our budget and worked closely with me to tailor the experience to our group’s vibe.

What really stood out was how available he was during our trip—always quick to answer questions and make sure everything was running smoothly. He even coordinated with the hotel to ensure we had the right amenities and that our groom felt extra special.

Fantastic experience with Chelsea. She is friendly, efficient and so helpful! I usually book my own flights and car but this trip was complicated and she made my life so much easier!
