Terrible “measuring tool” made my screen too short, now they want more money
Flexscreen’s “measuring tool” adjusted the screen size and guess what? It was too short. They suggest I pay more for the right size then pay even more to ship it. No way I’m giving this company any more money, it’s just a scam.

Absolutely LOVE our flex screens!
Absolutely LOVE our flex screens!! Once we got the measurements and submitted the screens came very quickly. I had them all (11) installed in a matter of minutes and they look fantastic!! Will definitely be ordering more!!

Good screen at decent price
The screen fits well and seems well-made and sturdy. The measuring tool was a little unnecessary, but it was fine.

I thought the measuring process was entirely too complicated even right down to your YouTube.
I love the way the screen looks. I love the way it pops in, but it doesn’t fit extremely well. It is however a great product and I would’ve bought five but the measuring made me so nervous I decided to buy one which unfortunately was $35 to ship.

Many Curse Words with Install
Bought these specifically because I need to be able to install them from the inside. We have narrow pockets, with no pocket at the sill location. These are a huge pain in the butt to install from the inside. Many curse words have been associated with trying to fit these in.

The screens fit perfectly. When you send your measurements, subtract 1/8 or 1/4 to ensure a perfect fit. I did this and had no problems.
The screens fit perfectly, except for one of the 10 ordered. The screen is bent inward at the weld and has a visible kink. Other than that, they all fit perfectly.

I love my screens unfortunately I was off on my measurement by and inch on 2 of the 6 screens. I was shocked that they let me replace those two screens for only $10 each when it was my mistake.

'DIY' it's right -- or wrong!
I ordered the 'tool' to measure the windows for the screens. I watched the video (several times to be sure I got it right!) on 'how to measure' followed the instruction to a 'T'. (I also read the previous reviews and took the advice from them.)
I was so excited to finally have screen on my office windows after 5 long years. The day the came I was overjoyed-- until-- the didn't fit They were entirely TOO BIG. We have propped them up inside the windows, on the ledge so at least it wasn't a total waste of money. One screen came with a very small tear on the edge. The material is good, the quality is good. But the video and instructions don't work for sizing. Since its a 'DIY' it's right -- or wrong! It was a really expensive wrong for us. I wouldn't order or recommend. Sorry FlexScreen
