Would have given a 5....but having a residential contractors license my measuring is perhaps overly precise. I barely got it in and the bumpers were out of the question. I know that you back off the measurements yourselves but I'm wondering if I should back off a little too. Hoping the glue you use is well tested. Neighbors are happy so I'm confident.

It was easy to place the order and they had clear instructions on how to measure your windows for correct sizing which I appreciated so much. Everything arrived at a timely manner and it was easy to install. Now I finally have screens on my windows. They are flexible and strong.

I measured as instructed and they fit perfectly. Far superior to the standard ones you get from the manufacturer I would highly recommend these.!!!

Poor packaging, delayed shipping because labels fell off, more delayed shipping because box not secure, missing screen 1 of 7, screen 2 of 7 came with a large jagged cut and missing child warning tab. Loose screens on frame. This is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for the price, hard to recommend.

Customer service communication was unacceptable, until requested to speak with supervisor over customer service manager. Sent multiple emails/left multiple voice messages requesting to discuss, received call on day 12 from national sales manager, who took the time to listen to the entire negative experience, advised they would send 2 replacement screens and address the quality issues. This was the first positive experience working this issue.

The shipping box was cheap, brittle and oversized external box, screens wrapped in paper, not secure inside box, which allowed the corners of the bundled up sreens to punch through the brittle oversized box.

Difficult to reach anyone to discuss/remedy, unanswered email/voice messages, but they always seem to reference calling in when responding to negative reviews. It is understood that this occurred over the holidays, however, the totality of this experience is concerning.

I was skeptical about this originally, but needed to get screens for my rental property, even though I provide central air. It was a new law in NJ that requires screens for there CO. Upon receiving the "measuring tool" it became clearer to me. After I sent the measurements in, they were shipped to me pretty quickly.
Amazingly they were easy to put in and size were perfect. Online orders like this never work out but this was amazing. I'm even replacing some screens in my own house for how good they look. Id recommend this to everyone.

the height wouldn't allow it to be placed over the lip and had to bend the frame a little to install. once installed, it fit well.

This was my 11th and 12th screen purchase. All have been easy to install and fit except 1 which the measurement must have been off by a quarter inch. I used the rubber spacers to fill in across the bottom to make it fit and they worked. I just hope they last. It is a great product.

I made a mistake measuring and the customer service was beyond helpful in making sure I got my screens right. Couldn’t be happier with the correct ones.

I think the customer service and the product are outstanding. The only flaw was in the shipping. FedEx service was so slow and delayed several times with no update. Frustrating due to thefts of packages in my building, I waited two days for the package to arrive with very little insight on when the package could be expected. The box was also received partially open.

Measuring process is not eas to understand and resulted in a smaller screen than I needed.

Screens fit well. Measuring was easy. Satisfied so far.

I ordered the screen that came with the measuring tool. It wasn't until after i submitted my dimensions that you're supposed to take off 1/16th from your measurements using that tool (written on the back of the tool). I wish the website notified me of that. The screen fits, but is VERY tight and I'm concerned when I have to take it out to clean the window. But that will be an issue next year.

Screens were ½inch short on the widths.
I follwed your instructions very carefully.
I had ordered before and had a simialr problem so I called to make sure I was doing it correctly.
I gave the measurement in email and verbally.
Refund? Redo? Never a customer again?

We were frustrated by the original screens that bent and broke and could not find quality screens locally. Found FlexScreens and thought we would try them out. Great screen material in the flexible framing are perfect for us. We will continue to transition all the screens in our house to FlexScreens. Highly recommended.
