Called Flex Screen to order but had two quick questions. Woman answering call was abrupt and dismissive. Not a great start. I had wanted to order six screens and thought ordering through the company made sense. Not now! They must not want my business.

I was so excited to find a way to make a custom screen when no local screen service wanted to job. The screen works well, but I worry that because it is only glued to the frame, it won't last very long. Time will tell.

Great product. User-hostile purchasing process. Suggest you sell the measuring tool for a buck or two, then credit that amount when screens are purchased. The ordering process was almost intolerable. I started to give up a number of times. Paying for the screens before you even enter the dimensions is silly. Anyway hope you improve.

I thought it was a bit deceptive that after I had gone through the entire purchasing process that is when you told me I would have to pay an oversized shipping fee of $200.

Product itself is high quality.

Screens were disappointing. Without a bottom track on my windows, the screens kept falling out every time it was windy out, regardless of how many extra fitting tabs I used.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Beim 1. Hatten wir uns vermessen. Mir wollten einfach mal eins in der Hand haben. Man kann sie leider nicht tauschen. Aber die Firma bash-tech hat einen tollen Kundenservice. Ich habe auf meiner 2. Bestellung Rabatt bekommen.
War am Anfang etwas trickreich die einzusetzen. Aber dann war es doch echt einfach. Sind kaum zu sehen.
Gerne wieder. Würde aber nun in Deutschland kaufen.

I’ve been wanting a replacement screen on my kitchen window for quite some time so when I saw an ad for FlexScreen I was interested but a little skeptical. I decided to try it and found it was incredibly easy to measure, to order and to install! I have been extremely happy with my new screen and haven’t missed seeing my view! I highly recommend this company.

It just plain works. I wish I had gone to flex screen first before I go to this other joke of a place that claim they did them for milgard windows but in reality all they do in them for is if you measure out your existing screens

The communication was great, and the measuring tool was very helpful. My screens fit perfectly and I’m so excited to not have any gaps around my screens to prevent bugs from coming in.

The product is decent if you don't plan on installing or removing more than a couple times. However, the company is a complete disaster to work with. Their internal processes and customer service are non-existent. We have received multiple orders that show up randomly and with duplicate, damaged and/or wrong orders due to incompetence on the order processing side. They will not respond to mistakes either. I would highly recommend NOT purchasing directly from Flexscreen. Let Home Depot deal with their dumpster fire if you can pay more through HD.

Screen lasted a month, started coming detached from the flexible frame. Customer service was excellent and provided a replacement.

The screen price is expensive but somewhat understandable. However I was completely unprepared for the $200 additional shipping fee needed after I entered the measurements. That’s more than the 2 screens cost together.

Measuring the opening with the "antenna tool" wasn't reliable, there wasn't a way to lock the tool to take a measurement! This was the 1st problem, the screen easily ripped and didn't stay properly seated in the groove of the window so I'm going back the old screen which I can repair easily!

Sent a order status through their website on my order and haven’t heard or received anything

I love the idea but the experience was just awful took way to long to receive my order and I had to do a another order and it took even longer.
I had some issues with customer service so for that reason 2½-3 stars.

I never rec'd my order . Flexscreen refuses to respond to my inquiries. I am filing complaints w/ BBB, AG offices in PA., Fla., & MI. (my home state) & my credit card co. You scammed me out of $ 114.00. I cannot believe you have the nerve to contact me for a review.

Excellent workmanship. Perfect fit. Highly recommended!!

It worked just the way we expected it to, and we have a history of damaged screens that get wrecked during removal. So planning on ordering more. Only thing is can we get the frames in white instead of black? Phone 952-836-5486
