This is my second screen order from FlexScreen and the results are the same, EXCELLENT! Both screens that I've ordered have fit perfectly in my windows. Quality is outstanding! Thank you for making a great product!!!

Great screens! Definitely replacing the rest of the house. Wish shipping was a little faster however great product and experience!

We started with six screens to start. We have a lot of windows in our house! Screens are great! We can no longer get replacements for our 26 year old windows. When we take original screens out they bend and break. We were desperate for a solution! These are flexible so could be put in from the inside for our upstairs windows. Two are slightly off because of house settling and uneven measurements but we got them to work! We will order more soon!

The screens are not at all as shown on the website. Squeezing on the sides as instructed for installation causes the frame to remain bent and deformed permanently. Completely useless product and waste of money. Zero customer service as writing to them about it was ignored. -- Update - customer service has now responded and issued a refund.

We debated ordering these screens for quite a while because of the cost, but after constantly struggling with our old screens — taking them in and out and fighting to get them to fit correctly — we finally decided it was worth trying. To be safe, we ordered three screens first so we could test the fit, quality, and installation process before committing to replacing all of our window screens.

The measuring tool arrived quickly, which we appreciated. After reading a few reviews mentioning sizing issues, my husband carefully measured each window multiple times to make sure everything was exact before submitting the order.

About three weeks later, the screens arrived, and we were immediately impressed. My husband installed all three that same evening, and each one took less than a minute to install without fighting them to get in. The fit was absolutely perfect. We upgraded to the FlexView Small Insect screens, and the visibility and airflow are amazing while still keeping the tiny bugs out.

Honestly, these exceeded our expectations in every way. The quality, ease of installation, and perfect fit made them completely worth the investment. We only wish we had ordered them sooner. We’ll definitely be purchasing screens for the rest of our windows now!

We love these screens. We have them on almost all windows now. The last few we will order shortly. But they are easy to install, they fit well and they look great.
Excellent product.

I ordered five screens and none fit the window. I used the special measuring tool recommended. Now I need to return the screens and FS wants to try again. It's bad enough that I have to measure my own screens. Now getting pushback to return unused screens.

Love their product and customer support. Had an issue with one of the screens being damaged in transit and they replaced with no hassle. Bought 6 to try out and then decided to do the whole house.

FlexScreen is a “where have you been all my life” product. This is my second purchase and I am fully satisfied. I would purchase again and absolutely recommend them to others.

The screens I purchased this time (2) are much smaller than what I purchased previously. I had hoped the price point might be a little less, but it was not. The price per screen was the same, but in the end, I found it to be worth it rather than trying to find a cheaper, less than ideal, alternative.

Easy step by step instructions. Easy to install and fit perfectly on my windows. Great customer service!!

I am so disappointed with this company and their product. I waited weeks for the FlexAntenna to arrive so I could take perfect measurements. The screens the company sent do not fit my windows. I took photos as soon as they arrived. One of them did not have the screen completely inserted into the frame, so there was a tear/gap from the moment they arrived. The width is right on both but the height is not so neither fits into the bottom of the windows, leaving a big gap that bugs can and do come through. The one that came whole, tore while being installed. I cannot believe the amount of money I invested in this product, fully believing their ads. I should have bought a cheap, slide to fit screen from Walmart. At least then there would not be a gap, even if the bar did block part of the view. This is the first feedback option I saw from the company. I checked my package for a warranty card so I could email them and give them an opportunity to make things right, but they don't include one. I'll keep my money from now on and only buy major manufacturer products. I truly thought that shelling out for bespoke products would be worth it and this company proved me wrong!!!

Communication was nonexistent throughout the process. Website states 10-15 days order took 30 days. Packaging was absolutely crazy the box was so oversized for what was needed. And while a tracking number was provided the LTL carrier was not. How do you track a package if you have no idea what carrier has your package?

Customer service was good both times and the screens were easier to install than I thought they would be. Going to purchase again.
