Very poor customer service. The screens arrived larger than submitted. Rude customer service and not helpful in trying to retain customers. Would not recommend.

I am somewhat satisfied. I don't like the measuring method. Getting the true measurement and then subtracting from that to provide a number seems odd. That should be a behind the scenes transaction. Seems like a quality product. I guess time will tell.

Experience was pretty good - the glitch in the order production system took some time to figure out. I am glad I kept the paperwork. Flex Screen acknowledged and got me my screens

Love the screens, have them in a couple homes, however one screen on the last order wasn’t completely sealed and is frayed at the frame for about 3-4 inches.

Quite pricey for two window screens; but, screen sizing was perfect and can't beat the easy installation

Perfect fit. Great measuring tool. And the flexible frame made it possible to install in a situation where a rigid frame would not have worked. I love your product.

Easy to order. Kinda difficult and confusing to measure. Luckily my measurements worked out properly.

The screen itself is very nice quality, but unfortunately it's too large for my window which was very disappointing. I followed the measuring instructions exactly with the provided tool, but didn't fit. I was really hoping for a solution for the many different sized windows in my home & was truly planning on buying more if this had worked out for me. Luckily I only bought the one screen as a test. I don't have any other windows with that measurement so the screen is useless to me. I would however rate the actual screen as 5 stars for its quality.

The emphasis on measuring made this work well. And the screen is flexible enough to insert and just the right size to fit the space.

I have received a damage product in my first order from this company. The screen that was delivered is bent out of shape on the right side at the bottom, which is resulting in a gap when placed into my window that will allow bugs to get in (completely defeating the point of the product). Furthermore, none of the rubber bits used to help secure the screen were provided for my order.

The way that the screen was shipped is frankly unacceptable - it was in a box that is massively oversized compared to the screen itself, and the screen is tumbling around inside of the box as there are no packing materials inside of it to actually keep it structurally sound. This has clearly resulted in damage to the screen inside of the box, and I am left with a defective product.

These screens are a life saver. And look great!!! Very happy.

Everything went smooth until I got my screen. UPS thought it was a tackling dummy. It was broken. I emailed with photos. The next day I received confirmation that a new one was being made. That folks IS customer service!

Screens fit perfectly. I was so impressed with the whole process…the step by step instructions made it so easy. Price was reasonable and the shipping didn’t break the bank like the other sites. Thanks again
