Ordered two screens to see if these really worked as advertised.
Well yes they do. So much easier to install and remove than what we had. No more bent frames for us. Took about three weeks for delivery and they were packed well and came undamaged. Very happy with the experience.

Screen was saggy. Quality wasn't as good as the original flex screen in that was in my window.

No respect and trust.

Didn’t fit I used tool you sent twice so now I have two s teens that don’t fit.

Poor follow through. After measuring all 6 screens 2x and then they come in not marked where to go. I called customer service and left messages....no return calls. Considering the price of the product, there should be better service.
The screens fit is fair at best

FlexScreen supplied all the information I needed to measure my screens (special measuring tool), which made measuring easy.

Screens arrived well packed -- they all fit without problems and the quality is very good.

The screens really did install easily. I'll be a bit more conservative about dimensions next time, because the fit on one window (which dates from the 1860's) was slightly out of square. The next set I purchase will be more 'spacer ready.'

Easy to install, easy to measure and looks great. We will now order more for the rest of windows as they are refinished.

I was going to order a FlexScreen years ago to replace a screen and frame that was a complete mess. However, what stopped me was the measuring and knowing that if I measured incorrectly, we were out of luck. Now, a tool is used so you are sure to measure properly. A video using the tool would be helpful (maybe FlexScreen can make one), but the instructions are very clear.

The screens are extremely precise and well built. FlexScreen also provides an accurate way to measure with detailed instructions. The screens are also very easy to install and very worth the cost!

The instructions to measure are not helpful.
Caution you will be stuck with no return option!

They seem cheap and gap on each side and waffle. The frame part fits perfectly but they don’t stay rigid top to bottom. I’m sorry I bought all 6 and Would never buy again or recommend them.
Update- some are bowed even when not in the window. It is the screen, not the fit.

Love, love, love these screens! Ordering was easy - what a fantastic measuring tool ! I measured 3x to be sure! The screens are a great fit. They are so durable. I love how easily they are to install and remove, and the look is fantastic! I appreciated the questionnaire to help me know which screen would work best for me. So satisfied! Thanks FlexScreen!

I used the flex measuring tool and unfortunately this caused the screen measurement to be wrong. I should have used my screen measurement and it would have fit perfectly. I should have trusted my gut indtinct

Flex Screens are awesome!! So easy to use.

My order was apparently shipped and delivered before I submitted my screen measurements. Now the order is lost in space and no reply about fulfilling my order.

Loved the ease of the process! Everything done on line - no pushy sales people. Screens arrived well packaged and really WERE simple to install. It's such a pleasure to be able to open my windows and not have bugs sneaking around the edges.

Way too long to receive screens. Two weeks to receive measuring tool. And another 3weeks to receive screens. Measuring tool is garbage. Anything that has a bow to it does not provide an accurate measurement. I will never buy these again. And yes. I have not even received my screens yet. Even if they are 100% perfect the ordering process is no where near the value of the price and fit. Look elsewhere.
