Do not EVER give them your email address! They will email you twice a day, their unsubscribe button don’t work and they will spam you forever! They also send it from a different email address every single time so, your attempts at putting them on spam folder don’t work. Never came across any company this bad!!!!!

It sounds like a major synchronization error in our system is causing these repeats and, more importantly, failing to respect your unsubscribe requests. That shouldn’t happen, and we’re investigating it right now to make sure it stops.
We’d love the chance to make this right. Please email us at support@flexiroam.com and ask for Chris or Donna. We will manually purge your address from every single one of our mailing lists immediately so your inbox can finally get some peace.

My eSim was deleted from my phone. A reinstallation was not possible. But the friendly support solved the problem by creating a new eSim with the old data. Perfect
