Need to improve the setup process cos not everyone knows how to set the Sim card manually (especially senior citizen or someone not fluent with technology).

Incredible support! Saved my eSIM issue.
I accidentally deleted my eSIM and was unable to reinstall it, which was a huge problem for me. Reise von Jamaika nach Kolumbien: Keine Abdeckung in Jamaika, angeblich weil ein technischer Fehler zu einer Pausierung meines Vertrages geführt hat. Dann keine Abdeckung in Mexico und sehr schwaches Internet in Panama und Puerto Rico. Erst in Kolumbien halbwegs gutes Internet.
Für so schlechtes Internet ist der Preis viel zu hoch. Nehmt einen anderen Anbieter!!
Ergänzung: jetzt bietet mir Flexiroam eine Erstattung an. Bin gespannt, ob die kommt...
Ergänzung 2: war ja klar: keine Erstattung, dafür will jetzt Flexifoam, dass ich weitere Informationen liefere. Was soll man da schreiben, ausser: es gab schlichtweg kein Internet! Punkt-aus-Basta!
