Overall great app and functionality with a good customer service
Customer service via Whatsapp is very good - they were able to solve the issue easily
The app is easy to use, it only is programmed badly, so it takes very long to load - so rather activate your plan in a fast Wifi at home than in the destination country.
Overall once the connection is established, everything works perfectly and nothing to complain.
I would wish for the developers to add a guide on how transfer the eSIM to another phone.

Quick resolution
Flexiroam were very quick to resolve an issue regarding confusion over a data plan expiry date.

The service dropped out without me…
The service dropped out without me making any changes on my phone. I waded through complex instructions from AI then got passed to a person who gave me a further complex bunch of things to try to do. This service is in no way user friendly. Not recommended
