le SAV ne répond pas

J’ai voulu commander un kit mezzanine pour un lit classique en juin 2025 qui ne m’a jamais été livré et qui m’a été remboursé en juillet suite à des problèmes internes.
Je retenté la commande en septembre et là je me rends compte que les mesures du kit ne sont pas pas les bonnes au regard de la taille de mon lit.
Le service client m’informe m’en envoyer un nouveau aux bonnes dimensions mais je ne l’ai jamais reçu alors que le site du transporteur indique le colis comme livré. Et la plus de nouvelles du service client malgré mes mails…

Troede faktisk jeg var blevet fuppet, efter betalingen var gået igennem (fik en engelsk meddelelse efter betaling), men en uge efter bestilling havde jeg min varer. Heldigvis afkræftede det mine ellers bekymrede anelser ☺️👌🏻

I bought a wall shelf where the design of the product it self was absolutely without the customer in mind with regards to hanging it. No screws were supplied so we needed to purchase those. Though, the brackets for the screwheads set a max size of the head at D5mm which does not exist for screws big enough to support the shelf itself(MIN 5mm screw for wall support) I had to drill the brackets to increase the slot size and also file the heads of the M5 molly screws I needed for our plaster walls. This meant also, since there are two fixation points said to be separated by 484mm in the included sheet but 483mm in actual measurement that if I was even 1mm off when drilling the wall I would not be able to mount the shelf. There would need to have been another mounting system for this shelf designed, such as a separate bracket which can take up a bit of tolerance from the drilling op.

Slecht sluitend deksel van het verfblik. Het is moeilijk te openen en moeilijk te sluiten hierdoor is hergebruik nauwelijks mogelijk omdat de verf in de pot snel verhard

J’ai commandé deux commodes Classic avec des poignées vertes. Les meubles sont arrivés avec des poignées blanches de deux teintes différentes et un tiroir est abîmé.

The customer service experience was just awful.

I love the products, which is why I ordered again from Flexa. However, this time I neede support twice and both times the waiting time to get an answer was 2-3 days and when the answer came it was as unhelpful as it can possibly be.
First time I needed help to schedule delivery and after days of waiting for an asnwer I got :"Unfortunately, we didn't handle this fast enough." Because my goods were already on their way.
Second time, I asked for supprt to exchange an item and got a response to "buy a new one :)". No further help, no suggestion that I can use the from to return the item that was wrong. Just keep buying our goods and don't contact us for support attitude.

I am very disappointed and will discontinue my purchases at Flexa until you fix your Customer Support.

EL PEDIDO DEL 16/06/2025 A FECHA DE 14/08/2025, AÚN NO HA LLEGADO A MI DOMICILIO. HE CONTACTAR CON MAISON DU MONDE VARIAS VECES, PERO EL PEDIDO YA HA SIDO COBRADO Y AÚN NO LO HEMOS RECIBIDO. POR FAVOR, NECESITO UNA RESPUESTA O ME VERÉ OBLIGADO A DENUNCIARLO. GRACIAS.

Seit 13 Jahren bestehen unsere Kinderzimmer fast ausschließlich aus Flexa-Artikeln (höhenverstellbare Betten, teilweise mit Rutsche, Büros, Bürostühle, Büromöbel, Sitzsäcke, Bettwäsche, Matratzen(schoner) usw.) mit denen wir rundum zufrieden sind. Einziges Manko: Bei einem vor ca. 4,5 Jahren angeschafften Unterbett-Sofa sind die Schienen (die leider ziemlich schmal und aus Plastik sind, trotzdem das Gewicht einer Person tragen sollen) kaputt gegangen. Flexa hat diese recht schnell ersetzt.

Vorige week bestelling gedaan en nog steeds geen enkel vorm van communicatie. Heb ze gemaild gechat.. noch antwoord. Ben ik dan echt mijn 2207 euro kwijt?

Me costó hacer el pago de unos tornillos que se me habian perdido. Al cabo de 3 días ya pude pagar. Son caros y encima me cobraron 25 euros por el transporte. Hace 2 semanas y aun no los he recibido. Lo único que tengo es un enlace a una web en polaco que dice que mi paquete está a punto de llegar pero no llega. Mientras, mi hija duerme en el suelo. Servicio horrible, no lo recomiendo.

Da jeg efter 22 dage endnu ikke har modtaget mine vare, og telefonen ikke bliver taget efter 6. Opkald over to dage, og en chat AI der fortæller, at pakken endnu ikke er behandlet, er min oplevelse af FLEXA utrolig dårlig.
Måske er der travlt, når man tilbyder 3 produkter for 379, hvilket er forståeligt, men stadig utrolig dårlig oplevelse...
