I couldn’t find where i could buy legs for the pull out bed so i wrote them an e-mail and got a response the same day with a direct link to the product…
Great to get a response so quickly and i love that you can change the Flexa bed and make adjustments to your needs

Great beds. Robbery on replacement parts
The beds are great but charging 15 euros for delivery of a replacement screw that costs 5 euros is day light robbery

We understand that paying €15 for delivery of a small item like a screw may seem high. Please know that this fee isn’t just for the screw itself — it covers the full process: one of our team members carefully locates the correct part in our warehouse, prepares and packs it securely, prints and applies shipping labels, and ensures it’s sent from our logistics hub in Poland to your country.
We aim to help our customers keep their FLEXA furniture functioning for many years — that’s why we offer spare parts, even for older models. But we do understand your frustration, and we’ll take your feedback into account as we continue to improve our service.

Det gik desværre liiiidt for hurtigt med at lave min bestilling, og jeg fik derfor ikke det hele med i første omgang.
Jeg kontakede Flexas kundesupport for at høre, om jeg kunne tilføje noget til min ordre på bagkant.
Her fik jeg hurtigt hjælp af en sød medarbejder, der kom med en god løsning, så jeg kunne modtage det hele samlet.
Jeg har nu modtaget pakken med både sengetøj og sengerand, og er meget tilfreds 😊

He quedado muy satisfecha con la compra del nuevo módulo para convertir mi cama en un nido con cajones. La calidad del producto es excelente y la entrega fue rapidísima. Además, el trato recibido ante una pequeña incidencia fue totalmente personalizado y eficaz.
Me encantan los productos de Flexa por su versatilidad: después de unos años he podido transformar mi cama individual en un conjunto con nido y almacenamiento extra. Supercontenta con el resultado.

Mine døtre elsker Flexa og især legekøkkenet hvor vi har alt deres mad. Dog synes vores nye hvalp også, at især lagkagen og den lille juice er dejlig.
Jeg skrev til Flexa om man kunne købe løse dele. Men de var så søde at hjælpe med en rabat til tingene så vi kunne få noget hvor pigerne igen kan lege med deres mad 😊

Lit au top au niveau qualité
Lit d'excellente qualité avec des pieds en bois massif, un très beau laquage sans défaut et un sommier avec de très bonnes lattes qui s'intègrent aux barres latérales. J'ai acheté des lits par le passé pas beaucoup moins chers et j'ai eu des soucis de qualité qui m'ont fait perdre beaucoup de temps au niveau SAV. Je recommande donc Flexa pour ses lits.

Great quality even after 18 years!
We are reusing my little brother's bed for our son. My brother had the classic bed for 18 years and the quality is still so good so we are happy to use it. We just bought and installed the safety rail and it fits perfectly.
