Delivery not satisfactory!
The bed we received is top!
However the Delivery needs to be more customer friendly. The large pallets was left aside in the house by the delivery company. These equipments shall be collected und reused instead of being disposed at the customers who will generally have problem to deal with them.

Hilfe auch nach Ablauf der Garantie
Bei unserem Bett war nach sechs Jahren der Rand gebrochen. Nach einer Mail an Flexa bekamen wir kostenlos einen neuen Rahmen. Da mach eigener Aussage die Betten für Generationen sein sollen und kein billiges Wegwerfprodukt. Das nenne ich nachhaltig.
