Looks flimsy and when trying to return, returns portal will not accept returns for what appears to be any reasons and just gives error messages denying opportunity for any refunds. Do not buy.

An amazing Moment iPhone CPL filter I purchased from Fjorden developed a defect. I notified them. They responded quickly, evaluated my warranty claim quickly and shipped a replacement filter quickly, at no charge to me. That's exceptional service from an exceptional company. Kudos the the Fjorden team. I use the filter on my Fjorden Grip - a brilliantly designed product.

My question was answered very quickly and professionally. Furthermore: it was really helpful and solved the connection problem my phone had with the Fjorden Grip.

3 Monate hinhalten, keine Ware, Lieferung anders als abgebildet, also China Ramsch, dann Rücksendung 25 Euro nach China, und noch zusätzlich 10 € Bearbeitungsgebühr für was auch immer, von denen vorher nie die Rede war.

Die Adresse mit Namen „Berlin“ täuscht einen denn man hat es in Wahrheit mit einem chinesischen Shop zu tun.
Dies bedeutet, dass die Ware auf eigene Kosten nach China zurückgeschickt werden muss.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Shop ist unterirdisch

A hinge broke on the Fjorden grip for my iPhone. It still worked for photography but could no longer be used as a phone stand which was a real nuisance. I contacted the company to ask if the hinge part could be replaced. Even though the grip was out of warranty, they sent me a complete new replacement at no charge. That is customer service of an over-and-above quality!

I purchased the Ultimate Bundle and I love the grip and accessories. The only issue I had was with the redemption of the Leica Lux app. Your support team was stellar. Christelle and Aurelio walked me through the process and the redemption went through perfectly. Great product and great customer service - you can’t get better than that! Thank you!

Finger weg! Absolute Katastrophe! Habe leider auch Bewertungen nicht gelesen und mich von Homepage täuschen lassen. Lieferzeit 4 Wochen - 2 bis 3 Tage waren angegeben. Ware vorab bezahlt. Qualität unterirdisch. Danach dubiose Rücksendung nach China. Kosten mussten selbst getragen werden. Unterm Strich knapp 70 € verloren. Es grenzt an Betrug!

Super Produkt, toller Kundendienst, sehr kulant!!!

Ich bin mit Allem total unzufrieden und fühle mich getäuscht. Die Lieferung hat schon sehr lange gedauert, ca. 3-4 Wochen. Die bestellte Jacke hat eine unglaublich minderwertige Qualität. Der Reißverschluss verharrt sich schon beim ersten Benutzen. Auf meine Rückdendeanforderung erhalte ich eine zwar nett formulierte Antwort, allerdings auch den Auftrag, Fotos des Fehlers zu schicken. Ich habe zwar Fotos gemacht, einen direkten Schaden kann man dort nicht belegen. Ich habe erneut geschrieben, dass mir die Qualität nicht gefällt und ich die Rücksendung beantrage. Daraufhin habe ich eine email mit der Aufforderung bekommen, ein Video des Schadens zu senden. Ich empfinde dies als Hinhaltetaktik. Ich denke, man hat ein Recht auf eine Rücksendung. Dies wird extrem erschwert. Ich würde auf keinen Fall wieder bei diesem Laden bestellen und es auch niemandem empfehlen.

Es ist unverschämt was dieser Shop bei Rücksendungen veranstaltet.
1.Es hat 2 Wochen gedauert bis überhaupt mal eine Antwort kam mit dem Rücksendedaten.
2. Man muss den teuren Rückversand selber tragen.
3. Es werden aufeinmal 10$ pro Artikel abgezogen.
4. Die Qualität und die Abbildungen der Artikel sind unterirdisch schlecht.
5.Wenn man es behält und nicht zurück schickt bekommt man nur 10% vom Kaufpreis erstattet....
Der Shop achtet angeblich sehr auf die Ökologischen Werte.(lächerlich)

Alles in allem wird man von dem Verkäufer verarscht.

Delivery was quick. I was not able to test the grip yet as the wrong case was delivered. However, Christelle helped me out to have the right case shipped to me right away. Very responsive customer service!
