Pessima esperienza. Ho pagato 37€ per un servizio professionale, ma dopo sole 200 creazioni la qualità è crollata drasticamente. Il sistema applica un "throttling" aggressivo, passando segretamente a modelli economici e stupidi che ignorano ogni prompt (anche i più semplici come "niente riassunti").
Le risposte diventano ripetitive, confuse e inutilizzabili. Vendere 1000 creazioni per poi fornire "spazzatura digitale" dopo il primo utilizzo intensivo è una pratica commerciale scorretta. Soldi buttati.

J'ai pris un abonnement après avoir lu que je pouvais annuler après 5 jours. Au bout de 3 jours, j'ai compris que ChatGpt est bien meilleur. J'ai donc annulé mon abonnement et supprimé mon compte. Mon compte bancaire a été débité et le SAV (mail), agressif,me dit que je dois attendre 30 jours pour que ma demande soit étudiée....et PEUT-ETRE me faire rembourser;

Pésima atención y cuidado con que no se os pase lo de la suscripción porque te ponen problemas para la devolución, aunque en su política de devolución pone que tienes 5 días para pedir devolver el dinero. Falta de ética y muy malas formas cuando pides el reintegro. Todavía a la espera de solucionarlo me dice que en 30 días lo sopesaran. Una vergüenza.
Actualizo. No te devuelven el dinero si te lo cobran y en el mismo día pides la devolución. No es fiable y tampoco sus contestaciones.
