I had a small issue with my order and after emailing support about it. I received a prompt response, solving my issue. The ordering process was simple, quick, and the packaging was excellent quality. I’m looking forward to using my Fjorden grip!

My grip developed a small crack in the body and as it was still under warranty I received a brand new replacement grip within a week. I'm in Australia, Fjorden's in Europe - great service. Thank you !!

The actual Fjorden grip is great although it does require some perseverance to make the controls feel second nature. My issue comes from when I upgraded my phone, the only place I could get a case from was Fjorden direct where the case costs £35-£40 and the delivery charge is £18!!!! I raised this with them and they claim it is because they offer “express delivery in 3-4 days” I’ve sold mine (at a great loss) and purchased the Leica equivalent.

Prompt and useful help when I had a problem pairing my Fjorden to my iPhone. Plus, the gadget works very well.

The initial registration failed as I did not receive the code, but the customer service solved it.

I contacted Fjorden about damage to my Fjorden Grip. They were very kind and professional at every step, and in a few days, the problem was resolved. I have a replacement that works perfectly, as did the first one. The Grip is giving me photos that are a quantum leap better than with just my iPhone 15 Pro. I am so impressed with this company.

Das sind durch und durch Verbrecher und Betrüger. Eigentlich darf man denen nicht mal einen Stern geben, beim Geld einziehen sind sie sehr flott. Ich hatte mir Kleider bestellt. Dann musste ich h 25 Euro für die Rücksendung bezahlen. Und wenn das Paket dort keiner abholt oder entgegen nimmt, bekommt man natürlich auch nicht sein Geld zurück. Bitte nichts mehr da bestellen. Betrüger!!!!!!

Crazy good service. Prompt answers, and a solution for my problem that was beyond what I expected. I damaged my fjorden grip and they did not sent only the little part that was damaged, they sent a whole new grip. Free of chanrge, within two days. You simply cant do better customer support. Period.

Amazing customer service especially post sales

In essence don’t buy. The phone cases don’t last more than 5 or 6 months before they begin to brake up. Then the camera grip can’t be used. Despite there claim of robustness, longevity they simply don’t care and registration of your purchase makes no difference. Quality of manufacture 0/5 quality of customer service 0/5

Although there were some technical issues with set up, the Fjorden team responded promptly and I was able to be up and running smoothly. One thing that I am puzzled about is the integration of 3rd party apps such as Obscura and ProCam. They seem only to respond to the shutter button but none of the other functions. Before my purchase, I thought I understood that those specific apps would have functionality similar to the Fjorden app.

Fast response, easy to follow instructions, and it worked to reconnect my grip to my phone!

I sent email and asked about Bluetooth pairing issue. I got a suggestion back in less than 30 min and it solved my problem!!! Couldn’t have asked for anything better than this.

Exactly what I was expecting to receive. Though I’ve only had it for a day, I’ve enjoyed using it for what it was designed for.
