Absolutely useless service. They just pass you to the other firm and don’t responsible for anything.
We started with Fix My Legals and were allocated to Gent Law to do work for us. But when we start raising concerns – Fix My Legals just redirect us to Gent Law with note like “speak with them there nothing we can do”.

Fix my legals placed the work with Gent Law which carried out there work and as long you are happy for them to do everything just within there max time quoted you will be fine. In short it meant that everything took 4 days also added to the fact that hours of work were 9-3 and anything arriving after 3 the time started the next not helped my many of the emails were sent just before 3pm and there was not rushing the process always took 4days

Absolutely pointless service, not quite sure what they do in all honesty!
Charge you for referring you to a terrible conveyance solicitors then take absolutely no responsibility for the shocking service we received from them

We did not see the point in the service offered by Fix My Legals (FML). All we received was an email of the stage that had been completed by the solicitors, and we paid £400 for this! We feel "ripped off" and "miss-sold".
We were led to believe that the £1837.98 conveyancing fee was for the solicitors. We were not informed by FML that £400.00 of the £1837.98 was for them - this is why we feel "miss-sold", "incorrectly advised", and "taken advantage of" by FML.
We would like to know what service FML, actually offers? What part of their service warrants £400?
FML did not make it clear, in any documentation that they would receive such a huge fee (£400) for sending us an email stating "Milestone Achieved ". What is the point in FML service? We don't feel they offered any service.
FML should be more transparent, and make it clear that they include their fees in the conveyancing price!
We would like a full refund of £400.00 and for them to make their fees clear to their customers.

A regular user of FML for my clients, I've failed to have any negative feedbacks from my clients (or myself) where I've recommended them. Efficient, personable and fantastic at what they do, I don't recommend anyone else now for conveyancing.

They are excellent at what they do and genuinely care about their clients and introducers. Cannot ask for anything more from them as they give it their all for every person they come into contact with. A genuine pleasure to deal with.

Have worked with Rox and FML for years now and they have been nothing short of amazing. The regular updates we receive as the case progresses are gold, and keeps us the advisers, the clients and estate agents on top.

Being a mortgage broker I place many of my clients to solicitor panel companies , fix my legal is by far the best, the portal is clear and simple to use , the communication from staff is fantastic and most importantly the updates you get from fix my legal is incredible, it makes my life easier and keeps all of my clients updated and happy! Couldn’t recommend more

Masters of understatement, often after the event - our own experience was particularly poor, upon by-passing them the projects gathered pace.
Not sure other than frustrating the process what if anything they contributed - upon rejecting an additional quotation we received a particularly sarcastic, petulant email response. FIX MY LEGALS have subsequently been blacklisted from our group of companies.

We disliked having several e mails telling us the same thing but other than that we enjoyed using the service and having the peace of mind to know if the chain falls through we have insurance in place to mitigate some of the losses.

Fix My Legals did an amazing job helping us every step of the way. This is our first house that we bought and the service that we received from them was amazing. It was Aaliyah who was informing myself and my husband about the whole process every step of the way. Aaliyah made sure everything was up to date and she was very prompt with everything that needed to be done. If anything was needed from us she made sure we knew about it straightaway. Because of the service we received from Aaliyah and Fix My Legal our house buying process was very smooth and was not nerve wracking.

Very good and very nice

Money for nothing. Took my money based on giving me a fixed cost for legal work, but failed to provide this service as my cost went up during the process. Also claim to provide ‘no completion no cost’ protection, but the company they referred me to offered this as standard anyway. You can do what FML provide easily yourself though an internet search without paying their fee.

Fix my Legals were the go between company for a house sale and purchase. Aaliyah was superb, responsive not only to my queries but chasing up the solicitor on her own initiative.
Aaliyah is also extremely friendly, open and happy to get to know her clients, which is a lovely touch for an online company.
She made a long 8 months less frustrating from the legal side.
