Very pleased with the quality of the stove. Only complaint I have is the fire brick is thin and they have rough edges and some are missing the tips at corners. But overall very pleased with the quality of the stove, it’s in place and installed ready to go! Can’t wait to fire her up!

So many options to choose from. The customer service from Darrel was fantastic, quick, helpful with my questions, and very efficient!

I dealt with a number of issues on my order from Fire Pit Surplus, and throughout all of it, Darrel always answered my calls. The delivery didn't include the backyard service I was promised, the fire pit arrived with a missing part that set me back two weeks, and the unit itself had a crack on the outside. On top of that, a refund I was promised took far too long to sort out.
Through all of these problems, Darrel was consistently responsive and did a good job addressing each issue as it came up. There were many, and I appreciated that he always picked up the phone and worked to help. Overall, he handled a difficult situation well.

It was nice to do something different. The building we met in could be more organized. People were confused as to which line they should be in. It also would be nice to be able to fill out the release form before the time if the excursion. Many people struggled to fill it out and people just initial it not knowing what the agreed to. Darrel was fun.
