Cercavo un tool per una funzione in particolare, mi hanno suggerito Filmora ed effettivamente è ci che cercavo. Abbastanza intuitivo, forse migliorerei alcuni dettagli, ma tutto sommato, per l'utilizzo che ne faccio, per me è perfetto. A pochi giorni dall'acquisto ho avuto un problema a causa di un bug, l'assistenza è stata molto paziente, professionale e soprattutto costante: all'inizio li ho contattati via chat dove con molta pazienza ho spiegato e fatto tutto ciò che mi hanno consigliato. Poi, via mail, ci sono stati sempre continui aggiornamenti, fino alla risoluzione. L'assistenza è molto presente, e già vale solo questo per dare 5 stelle tutte meritate.
I was looking for a tool for a specific function for my videos, and someone suggested Filmora, which turned out to be exactly what I needed. It's pretty intuitive, though I might improve a few details, but overall, for my use, it's perfect. A few days after purchasing, I encountered an issue due to a bug. The support team was incredibly patient, professional, and, most importantly, consistent. Initially, I contacted them through chat, where I patiently explained and followed all their advice. Then, through email, there were constant updates until the issue was resolved. The support is very responsive, and that alone deserves a solid 5-star rating.

Pour moi filmora est un excellent logiciel, il est vraiment en avance sur sony vegas, 100x mieux.
Pas comparable avec after effect vu que l'utilisation n'est pas la même.
Il y a certe des trucs payants, le logiciel coûte un prix abordable et il y a des DLC, je ne trouve pas ça choquant, il existe pleins de trucs payants sur after effect etc en + du logiciel.
Je trouve justement que sans plugin, filmora est vraiiiment intéressant et facile d'accès, là où sur sony ou after effect c'est via des plugins et pas toujours facile.
Je n'avais jamais utilisé filmora mais étant habituer à sony etc, j'ai très vite pris en main le logiciel et vu son potentiel.
Il est rapide et ne bug pas, pour moi c'est la meilleure découverte de 2024.

Great editing by software, weird price
I love Wondershare Flimora because to me, it’s really user friendly and that’s what I use to edit my video but I just have 1 little pricing problem, so the permanent package is 80 dollars but the yearly is 50? Make the yearly price cheaper and then I’ll pump this back up to a 5 star, but other than that, pretty easy to learn editing software! Recommended! ✅

Was very disappointed
Was very disappointed. I called asking if I could transfer my mac license to windows. Of course it couldn’t because, reasons I guess.
Instead I was promised a significant discount on the purchase of a windows license. I was told to buy it, contact you guys and I’ll get that discount. I bought it contacted wondershare didn’t get that discount.
Ended up getting a refund for the purchase instead. It was wrong to promise something then not come across.

I paid £233.58 for a Filmora Virbo Yearly Plan in October 2023.
The programme has suddenly converted back to a free user status, allowing me free usage of 2 minutes and placing a watermark over everything. Even though I am signed in.
I contacted Filmora customer services, and as usual got the same rubbish service.
Waited 5 minutes and was told Vimar had joined the chat, he said he said not to worry and that he was here to help.
And that was that, 30 minutes waiting, no response, I kept messaging, but got completely ignored.
Filmora customer services are one of the worst I have ever encountered, Its the same rubbish time after time.
I am going to do a chargeback.

They signed me up for a package I didnt want. When highlighted they wouldn't refund and charged me again the following month. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. Horrible customer service. Avoid.

Filmora 13 crashes constantly
Filmora 13 crashes so often that my hard drive almost filled up with the "backups" it automatically creates! I had to look pretty hard to even find where they were stored to delete them. Don't buy it!!! They would not give me a refund. Oh and my laptop has plenty of resources, that's not the issue. I run Adobe Photoshop on it all of the time with no issues.

Very poor web support and customer service

Account support and charging is bad
Impossible to find how to get proper support regarding the fact that i have been overcharged for my perpetual licence and that logged in but being told i need to purchase the service. i have resorted to this review as what seems my best chance of getting this resolved with a human. I have at least found how to suspend the monthly payments for add ons that i don't want. The online support systems lead to dead ends where you are able to type your issue but not able to send it.

I must share my regrettable experience with Filmora 13 to caution others against making the same mistake. After upgrading to Filmora 13, I discovered hidden subscription fees for creative assets, deceptively added during the payment process.
Moreover, the software now demands constant online access, rendering it useless offline. This crucial information was conveniently omitted during purchase, making the software impractical for those requiring offline functionality.
despite purchasing Filmora 13 with a perpetuo plan, faced an unexpected charge for Filmstock due to unclear purchasing terms. Attempts to resolve the issue were met with automated responses, highlighting the lack of human interaction and understanding from Filmora's side.
In another instance, i misled into an unexpected subscription fee for effects and plugins, significantly inflating the overall cost. While the customer service team promptly addressed the refund for the 'renewal' subscription, the underlying problem remains: Filmora's unclear and deceptive payment structure.
y experience with Filmora 13 has been marked by hidden fees, impractical online demands, and unhelpful customer service. Consider alternative software options that offer transparency and reliability, as Filmora 13 proves to be a disastrous investment.
