En realidad, Filmora y Effects & Plug-ins son dos productos completamente diferentes y se venden con diferentes planes de suscripción. El usuario puede utilizar todas las funciones (como seguimiento de movimiento, velocidad, efectos/transiciones/elementos integrados, sincronización automática de ritmo, etc.) de Filmora sin limitaciones una vez que tenga una licencia válida. bad experience
i recently upgraded to filmora 13. In the bill they added a subscription of creative assets which seemed unnoticable during payment .This is SCAMMING. Also im unable to use FILMORA when im offline. It keeps asking to login. What is the point of purchasing a software if i cant use it offline ?? guess I will discontinue using this one. i have attached the purchase document.

great product. terrible customer service. I purchase a perpetual license for their recovery software in 2017. the software stopped working, and apparently they updated the product, and then no longer offer support for the one before. they told me there is not update program for previous owners and said i had to repurchase the product at full price. THEN HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE POLICY FOR PREVIOUS PATRONS OF THE APP. I would have gladly payed for an update, but not full price for essentially the same product i was using before. lost a customer.

I have been using Filmora 11 and once Filmora 12 was released in Dec 2022, I have not been able to access Filmora 11 (the software I fully paid for). They keep forcing me to pay more money to upgrade to Filmora 12 but I don't want to give them any more money. Because of the new Filmora 12 release, my Filmora 11 software is not working. I have asked them several times to fix it, by giving them log files and following their directions every step of the way and still the program is not fixed and cannot use the software. This software is useless and unreliable unless you keep purchasing from them the latest software.

Ha sido relativamente fácil aprender el manejo del editor de video. La interfaz es amigable. Hecho en falta poder cambiar el color en los fondos de los títulos. Estoy editando videos que sorprenden a mis amigos y familiares. Creo que deberían dar más elementos gratis. Solo he precisado una vez de ayuda y ésta ha sido muy eficaz. The actual product works well what is not as clear are the payments to be made. I bought what I thought was a years subscription for Filmora through Wondershare. Within days a second payment was taken from account my for a "renewal" payment. This payment actually turns out to be a subscription fee for effects and plugins. If you miss the email that says this payment is due you may find it confusing at best but also past their refund policy timing. This adds 50% to the cost within additional "renewa"l at their whim. Most unsatisfactory.
The Customer service team have been quick to reply and have refunded the amount paid for the 'renewal' subscription to Effects + They state that they have sent the concerns that I expressed regarding purchases by default, to the relevant departments. I have only sought transparency and clarity that would serve a good software program and customers appropriately.

Excellent customer service
I have been dealing with their customer service team exclusively. It concerns refund of softwares that I purchased from Wondershare. It took a long while but finally the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. The customer service members were diligent and reponded to my request. The company's refund policy does not apply in my situation and the team members were willing to listen to my explanation. They went to "bat for me" and finally succeeded to convince management to give me a full refund. All customer service team members went beyond their duty to analyze my situation carefully and accepted my explanation. Instead of siding with the company, they were fair and polite dealing with my situation to help resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction. Kudos to the customer service team.
