Terrible
Terrible. I purchased a perpetual license for a previous version of the program a few years ago. After upgrading to two versions, the license was canceled. There's no way to complain to any competent authority because the company isn't registered in my country. NEVER PURCHASE THIS VERSION. When I renewed the annual license I've been using since losing the perpetual license a few years ago, the program updated and is forcing users of previous versions to migrate to the latest version. Since I only renewed for an annual period 4 months ago, it doesn't make sense to pay again just because they decided not to support the previous version anymore (I contracted for 1 year!). This is a treacherous Chinese company; I do not recommend them.

Filmora is a scam
Filmora is a scam. I downloaded the dng file and played around with the Interface, I created an hour long video for my DJ mix and then exported the file, this took me to a subscription page where it states the fee would be £6.99 a month, I selected that version to then be charged £46.99. When I went to export the video it took me back to the subscription page and tried to charge me again and with the failed export. After many many messages and filing the refund request I was told I could not get a refund and that I had to pay more for the effects features. Wondershare is a complete scam, believe other people’s messages on here and DO NOT PURCHASE their products. They are misleading and the service you pay for does not work and they scam your money. I’m currently in the process with my bank on getting my money back.

Niestety z każdą aktualizacją jest coraz gorzej, kiedyś byłem bardzo zadowolony, teraz korzystając z dodatkowych funkcji za kredyty, program często nie spełnia swojej funkcji pobierając przy tym kredyty za niewykonane zadanie. Których niestety nie można odzyskać, ponieważ obsługa ignoruje wszelkie apele. Np. w starej wersji dynamiczne napisy do 2 minutowego filmu zostały zrobione w 1 minutę, teraz czekam pół godziny, program się zawiesza a ja tracę kolejne kredyty, jest też problem z plikami proxy z automatycznym zapisywaniem projektu, z renderowaniem w czasie rzeczywistym, problemów jest coraz więcej. Porady obsługi nic nie pomagają

I recently purchased Filmora, and from the very beginning, the software has not been working properly. It frequently freezes, crashes, and even restarts unexpectedly, making it completely unusable for its intended purpose.

On March 17/26, I purchased the pro pack for 90 dollars. Installed and began using it on my new macbook pro .. It crashed twice. When i started using the features, many would ask me to use a different set of features that of course costs more money. When I complained, they sent me instructions to send them screen shots and other instructions. They refuse to refund my money even though they have a 30 money back guarantee. They are totally dishonest and I hope the worst for this company. It's a discredit to China!

I tried it's AI vedio generation, but the result was very poor. I canceled the service at the same day to get the refund within the trail period. However, it failed to get the refund, even though sending them email and writing support ticket to them.

I can't believe how stupid I am to have gotten trapped in this... their software is basically junk, with so many malfunctions and so many unexpected issues that make the software unusable, like preview quality turns junk, and you basically are unable to use the whole software because you can't tell it is the intended effect you need! and contact customer service, just like all other reviews said, they use all excuses to avoid a refund! La versione prova non esiste , per poter fare qualsiasi cosa bisogna acquistare un pacchetto di crediti, nel mio specifico ne ho acquistati 2000, per un video di 8 secondi ne servono 300, nel mio caso ho fatto 2 simulazioni e nessuna delle due ha rispettato il prompt quindi per fare 8 secondi di video bisogna fare più prove e consumare ogni volta crediti a rischio che il risultato sia inutilizzabile.Ciliegina sulla torta, ho provato a scaricare le due cagate e l'app dice che nonostante abbia pagato quasi 13€ per i crediti, per scaricare senza filigrana devo acquistare un altra opzione. Se questa non è una truffa mi chiedo cosa lo sia, ormai fanno tutti quello che vogliono impunemente. Sono riuscito ad annullare il rinnovo automatico dopo diversi giri , ho chiesto il rimborso alla chatbot, mi dice che mi ricontatteranno...vedremo.

Udawał, że coś tam tworzy, kilka zdjeć wypluł, 10 minut był zajęty, a jak chciałam odwtorzyć video na podstawie tekstu, to wyskoczyło, że mam zapłacić jeszcze 88 zł za miesiąc lub 300 za rok. Suma summarum oszukali mnie, pobrali opłate 35,99 pierwszego dnia, nie było 3 dni gratis, nic pokazali co umieją, a to co zobaczyłam w innych sekcjach, 10s, to jakaś kiczowata animacja grosza nie warta. Oszuści.

Sendo que em todas elas a experiência é péssima. Tudo muito antiquado, ruim de ser usado. A maioria dos recursos são pagos mesmo você tendo pago a atualização mais recente. Não vale a pena. Procure outro editor de vídeos pois o filmora não é uma boa escolha.

Co to ma byc! Program sam w sobie byłby fajny ale zeby odebrac niby darmowe premium trzeba i tak zapłacić 50 dolarów. Ale nie to jest najgorsze. Siedziałem nad filmem 4 godziny z którego byłem totalnie zadowolony i miałem wystawiać pięć gwiazdek a tu nie bo musicie państwo walnąć na samym środku wielki znak wodny. Po co? Po co oszukiwać ludzi na darmowy tydzień premium jak i tak musisz zapłacić a poza tym powinni państwo informować i dawać w testowaniu tenznak wodny wtedy bym nie zmarnował 4 godzin! Niestety ale muszę zaznajomic że będe korzystał z programu który nie oszukuje na pieniądze i informuje o takich znakach wodnych. Podsumowując są państwo zwykłymi oszustami.

Hola,
Me dirijo a ustedes para trasladar una reclamación formal respecto al modelo de pago actual de Filmora y, en particular, al uso obligatorio de créditos para las funciones de inteligencia artificial.
Dispongo de un equipo perfectamente capaz de ejecutar procesos de IA de forma local, algo que ya realizo actualmente con otros programas de edición de vídeo del mercado sin necesidad de servicios en la nube ni pagos adicionales por uso. Por tanto, no se trata de una limitación técnica de mi hardware.
Sin embargo, en Filmora, aun habiendo adquirido una licencia de pago, muchas funciones anunciadas como parte del software quedan condicionadas al consumo constante de créditos de IA, lo que obliga al usuario a realizar gastos recurrentes para poder trabajar con normalidad. Esto convierte la licencia en un producto incompleto y genera una dependencia continua de pagos adicionales.
Entiendo que el uso de servicios en la nube puede implicar costes para la empresa, pero en ese caso considero que debería indicarse con total claridad y ofrecerse una alternativa razonable, como una licencia de pago completa que incluya todas las funciones de IA, incluso aunque su precio fuese más elevado. De este modo, el usuario podría elegir con transparencia y sin verse obligado a un sistema fragmentado por créditos.
La decisión de procesar la IA exclusivamente en la nube parece responder a un modelo de negocio y no a una necesidad técnica real, lo cual resulta frustrante para los usuarios que ya contamos con el hardware adecuado y hemos confiado en su producto mediante una licencia de pago.

They are a scam
They are a scam. You can never get refund from these guys even after you provide enough screen shots and example via emails on their tool malfunction . Their watermark tool did not work the way it is supposed to do and as per their policy they have to provide refund , but instead of doing it they waste your time in back and forth emails and finally to avoid giving refund the explanation they provided was the tool had limitations which was absurd. It was a simple watermark remover.
They do not have any confidence in their own products
Stay away from them . They are spammers. I did not even use the product for a week
