Great program, professional features. It makes a lot of fun to create videos with surprising effects especially for amateur-users.

I have used this product for 4 years now and have been very happy with the service and guidance needed if there are any issues or questions I need to ask.

I purchased a lifetime license, but if I update any more, a watermark appears, so I have to purchase the license again, and I was disappointed that there was no sound effects to use in the video.

The support team responded me very quickly and solved the problems. Their support went above and beyond my expectations! So I could purchase an annual licence with confidence.

(Mirar las opiniones en esta misma página pero con filmora.wondershare.com Hay 986 personas con calificacion inferior a 3 y se han cambiado a un .net para mejorar la cara) MI CASO: Te dan a entender que si pagas un trimsetre lo vas a poder usar, pero si decides cancelar la renovación antes no te van a dejar usarla. Eso si no añadimos la estafa de los "recursos creativos" que te hace check automático cuando lo compras. 23 euros al mes extras a lo añadido de los 20 del trimetre. El primer mes me cobraron 47 euros :) Cuando "Reclamas" te dan largas y que como mucho me pueden dar el reembolso del último "recurso creativo" Cuando el ultimo mes de trimestre no me han dejado exportar NADA SIN MARCA DE AGUA (que ocupa media pantalla ahí en todo el medio). Así que ya sabeis, si os gusta que os estafen, esta es vuestra aplicacion :D

The tech support, while not the easiest to get to a live support agent without a serial #, once I found the way, they were knowledgeable and quick to resolve my account information issues.

Le service après-vente est très réactif et efficace. J'ai eu recours au service trois fois en peu de temps, et les réponses ont été rapides et efficaces. Le service est à l'instar du logiciel: impeccable !

Como programa le doy un 10 de 10, he probado otros y este lo veo fácil, intuitivo y potente.
Como atención al cliente por un problema económico, no de software, tengo que decir que otro 10, rápidos, amables y resolutivos.
Seguiré usándolo y actualizando cuando sea preciso.

I’ve used Filmora since before it was called Filmora. I’ve been amazed by the improvements in the program over the years. Recently I’ve used the chat function to resolve questions or issues I’ve had. They will first direct you to the chat bot if your question can be answered that way. If not you can choose to chat with a live person. I really like the fact I can use the built in feature in Filmora which allows me to do a screen recording so I can show the keystrokes that led to my issue. On some of my questions they directed me to the correct way and on other questions they escalated my question and video to the development team so the problem could be resolved in the next release. The company seems very responsive to customer input. Over the years I’ve made several suggestions that have been incorporated into Filmora. One of these suggestions was the ability to type a location into the frame counter, that would then jump the playhead to that exact location. I give the company 5 stars for their product and the service I’ve received. They could be a little bit better in explaining new features. I spend a lot of time answering questions in various Facebook user groups. Mostly the frustration I see there is users are not clear on how to customize the program to their computer. The users seem more willing to blame Filmora rather than their own equipment. As new performance have been added to Filmora to take advantage in new hardware, older less capable computers will lag or crash. But the good thing is Wondershare has kept the program fully compatible with older computers. I’ve seen a number of the suggestions I’ve recommended to other users to keep the program compatible with older machines built into the installation of the program, like automatically testing the computer’s hardware so the installation is optimized for that specific machine. There are still workflows which can be done on machine with less memory to manage the making of a long or complicated project. Luckily Wondershare includes these tools in their program.

The software is incredible as most of you know. What really set it apart for me was the customer service. As someone new to making and editing videos, I had trouble setting things up and navigating what I needed. When I contacted the customer service they helped me resolve my issue quickly and gave me the tools necessary to be successful. I can’t recommend Wondershare enough. The customer service set them apart for me.

Suite, des évènements (post de janvier 2024! Vraiment, je me demande d'où viennent ces louages à propros de Filmora. Après, mon dernier poste ci-dessus, j'ai persisté à vouloir poursuivre mes projets avec ce logiel. Je rappelle que j'ai payé la licence pour un an. Et voici que je découvre que d'autres fonctionnalités sont inopérantes Même mon époux qui travaille dans le milieu n'a jamais un truc comme çà ! Nous avons constaté l'inopérance de l'intelligence artificielle pour la création de vidéo. Le résultat obtenu était aux antipode du scénario décrit. Le verrouillage de la time line est horriblement capricieuse. Si vous intégrer une image,une vidéo dans un projet déjà existant dans la time lime, le merveilleux logiciel de filmora vous crée un souk monstrueux ! Des fragments de vidéo n'importe où, et le son en pathie également. La dernière merveille... Comme je l'ai précisé, j'ai acheté la licence pour 1 an .J'exporte ma vidéo sur mon pc et, surprise ! On me demande de souscrire un abonnement pour éviter le filigrane sur mon oeuvre déjà plus qu'éprouvante à réaliser avec cet outil ! On se fiche de qui !..ll reste la possiblité d'utiliser la fonction "enregistrer sous.." mais dans ce cas votre projet sera enregistré avec l'extension propre à Fimora "wfp". Il faudra convertir votre projet dans un atre format pour pouvoir l'utiliser sur d'autres plateformes. Suite à mon premier avis, impossible de joindre ces soit-disant professionnels. J'ai quelques professionnels autour de moi et je ne vais pas en rester là. Qui a tester ce logiciel avant de le mettre sur le marché ?SINCERE merci pour tout ce temps gâcher et pour votre réponse à premier avis négatif qui reflète particulièrement l'étendue de vos incompétences.

Carísimo, edité todo un vídeo y cuando lo exporté me pedía que pagase. Deberían avisar de antes Decidí pagarlo para 1 mes pero lo mínimo es trimestral y te obliga a pagar 30 euros por un programa que tampoco tiene tantas opciones y que da problemas continuamente. Se para, no se abre, etc... Ahora tengo que hacer un vídeo otra vez desde 0. El peor programa que he probado.

no consigo contactar con nadie, he intentado con el chat y me dice que para hablar con un agente le tengo que dar a donde pone chat now, pero no existe ese boton, lo he intentado desde chrome, firefox y desde el movil, pero nada.
Cuando contraté filmora, le dí a pagar el año entero y hoy, 3 meses despues, me acabo de dar cuenta que me estaba cobrando cada mes, no se el por que.
