Wondershare filmora Arvostelua 

Horrible after-sales service. Gives us a go-around when trying to find live chat, which almost every company has nowadays. Spent half day browsing to conect with them and still seems impossible.

I purchased Filmora (Wondershare) several years ago, expecting lifetime access to its features as advertised at the time. Back then, the software included a range of transitions and assets that were clearly part of the original package. But over the years, Filmora has steadily removed or paywalled many of these core features.

Just recently, I was shocked to find that even basic transitions that were once free are now locked behind a subscription or additional payment. These aren’t new effects – they were always part of the basic toolkit I paid for. This kind of retroactive monetization feels dishonest and exploitative. It's frustrating to see a company chip away at the value of what was originally a one-time purchase.

What’s worse is that this change wasn’t clearly communicated. It’s a slow erosion of ownership, and it leaves a bad taste, especially for those of us who supported Filmora early on.

I’ll be switching to another video editor – one that respects its users and doesn't charge for the same things twice. If you’re considering Filmora, beware of their evolving paywalls and misleading "lifetime" terms.

Filmora is a good video software but unfortunately 98% are marked with a diamond icon, indicating they are paid, and the costs are quite high. It feels misleading to subscribers—why did we purchase the software if the majority of creative assets require additional payment? The subscription details are unclear. Does it include all effects, filters, music, sound effects, transitions, and stickers, or are these separate? It seems like producing a complete video with Filmora requires a significant additional investment.

SCAM!! Thought I was signing up for a 14-Day Free Trial, they charged me $70 instead. Went to ask the chatbot for help and it said they don't 14 day free trials although they advertised it.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! They advertise that you can make videos using AI in reality it is only a short 4 second useless mediocre clip. Misleading! Also they charge you more and more after you try to generate video. Requested refund- no reply yet.

They sent me a number of emails asking me to renew, then the emails changed to we are going to auto renew you - which i didn't spot, until they charged me, so I requested a refund because I didn't need the service anymore - through a bot who repeated lines to take about cancellations of auto renewals i.e "We will charge you through auto renew unless you cancel, even through you were unaware that this is what we planned to do & our policy is no refund for an auto renewal"! Most reputable companies will refund you if you don't need the service - but not this one, which I believe to be unethical!
This auto renewal scam has completely changed my relationship and trust of this company and products. Why do this - if people want to renew your services let them do it through choice not force!!!!!
AVOID this company a complete SCAM!!!!!

Absolute SCAM! They tell you to purchase something with a free 7-day trial, only for you to find out that you're being charged immediately. Tell me: what other application or product does that? And when you reach out to support, they try to justify it by pointing to their refund policy??? What kind of policy are you talking about when you've misled users from the start?
Just for context: I was using this for a volunteer project, and was planning to use the first watermark-free download, as the in-app guide clearly stated. After completing the project and already being tight on the submission deadline, I decided to purchase, trusting I could use the 7-day trial and cancel afterward. I was even planning to use this for my personal projects later on (on a purchased plan as it seemed to be quite easy to use and etc). Well, that's definitely not happening now, LOL.

Empathy or understanding from customer service? ❌

I’ll definitely find a better fit with honest pricing and transparent charges for my future projects.

En la última oportunidad tuve contratiempo con los créditos, ya que no se activaron al pagar, me comuniqué con el equipo de soporte, envié los comprobantes y ya me han resuelto. Han sido muy educados y en todo momento demostraron accesibilidad en resolver mi solicitud y ¡ya tengo mis créditos!

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANIES BS! THEY ARE OUT OF HONG KONG. I HAD A 7 DAY TRIAL PEROID AND THEY CHARGED MY CARD BEFORE THE TRIAL PERIOD WAS OVER! THE TIMELINE FREQUENTLY SHIFTS INTO SOMETHING UNRECOGNISABLE WITHOUT NOTICE. TO ADD INSULT; THE UNDUE KEY DOESN'T WORK WHEN IT RUINS THE PROJECT YOU SPENT TWO DAYS WORKING ON!!!! I AM A PROFESSIONAL DESIGNER AND EDITOR. I KNOW HOW TO USE THIS SOFTWARE. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. FOUGHT WITH THEM FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS BETWEEN MY BANK AND THIS COMPANY TO PROCESS THE FRAUDULENT CHARGES. La mise en place et l’élaboration d’un montage est facile.
Les explications des paragraphes sont insuffisantes ( transition ???? ne se place pas au bon endroit )
Titres, transitions, effets, …. Tous les outils sont basiques et demandent un surplus trop importants
(Ressources créatives 21 € /mois )
Un montage élaboré demande une prix trop important et disproportionné

Mam licencje lifetime. Po 2 latach postanowiłem dać im jeszcze jedną szansę ale to nadal strata czasu. Aplikacja się zawiesza po około 5 minutach pracy. Bezużyteczna. Sprzęt : Win 11, Intel I5 13 Gen, 16GB Ram. Totalny syf mimo aktualizacji. Nie daje rady ta ekipa z filmory.

Promises a seven day free trial but then, when it’s just about to start the trial it demands from the bank that a transaction for £52 pounds be authorised right away!!! Fortunately, I have a bank that needs every online transaction authorised. I thought it would want a £0 authorisation but no! The full 52 quid on day ONE of the “free trial”!
I don’t frankly care how good the app is if it uses scammy method to strip you out of your hard earned cash, without even asking you!!!!

Ho un abbonamento perpetuo alla versione 13, poi passata alla 14. Un vero disastro. Tutte le nuove funzionalità sono AI a pagamento. Per un filmato necessitano decine e decine di euro per completarlo. Quasi una truffa. Non lo utilizzo più, anzi se mi restituite i soldi dell'abbonamento sarebbe cosa gradita.

HO Appena acquistato la licenza a 60 euro l anno perchè dopo aver creato il filmato per esportarlo ho visto che c'era la filigrana. Adesso che ho pagato provo ad esportarlo e mi dice che tutti gli effetti usati sono a pagamento e verranno eliminati....quindi dovrei pagare altri soldi.
Secondo me è un comportamento scorretto perchè quando fate utilizzare la versione gratuita dovete specificare quali sono gli effetti a pagamento. Adesso mi ritrovo ad aver speso 60 euro e tutti gli effetti usati non me li esporta...quindi dovrei rifare tutto o pagare altri soldi!!!! assurdo!!!!

Kupiłem dostęp wieczysty za 80$ i po tygodniu nie widać śladu po moim zakupie, a aplikacja działa jak w wersji demo.

Edit: nie mam problemu z logowaniem. Dezaktywowano mi usługę, a serwis zwraca mi pieniądze

the watermark is too big a can not see the words i put
not helping not convenient for student i dont recommend this application to students too expensive for an average type application
