Wondershare filmora Arvostelua 

Not stable (frequent crashes). Annoying ads even with paid version. Extorting money for every remotely decent transition or sticker. Likely won't be using Filmora for much longer, it just frustrates me.

Ich benutze das Programm nun seit mehr als 5 Jahren. Ich habe ein jährliches Abo welches ca 70 Euro beträgt.
Zu Beginn waren 90% der Funktionen in diesem Abo enthalten und man konnte recht viel nutzen. Ja was soll ich sagen, nach und nach wurde eigentlich so gut wie alles in ein DAFÜR MUSST DU EXTRA ZAHLEN System umgewandelt. Einfache Sticker, Smileys, Youtube Banner, Effekte wie Flammen, Nebel, Regen oder auch einfach nur Übergänge wurden so nach und nach zu EXTRAS! Dann gab es eine einfache Möglichkeit Text in Sprache umzuwandeln, welche nun leider auch nochmal zusätzliches Geld kostet in Form von AI Credits und dann obendrein auch nicht mal gut ist, sondern sich eher anhört wie ein Roboter. Ja und so zieht sich dass durch das komplette Programm, alles was man anklickt kostet zusätzlich zum Jahresabo nochmal extra Geld und ist obendrein halt auch einfach zweitklassig. Ich finde es eine absolute Frechheit und würde dieses Programm keinem mehr empfehlen. Es gibt dutzende Programme ohne Kostenfalle und Abzocke und außerdem ist jede Browser AI meist besser, gerade bei Voiceover oder Bilderzeugung.
Mein Abo werde ich auf keinen Fall mehr verlängern!

I subscribed because of all the new AI features. Unfortunately, you have to waste your credits to use them. Once they're up you have to buy more. NOT worth paying for a subscription, then additional credits, with so many FREE AI tools out there today that blow Filmora out of the water. Also, it's slow and hard to find transitions and effects. The final straw is customer support is NOTthe best. They're one of those companies that DO NOT refund your money, instead they just keep you hostage with continuous emails back and forth with NO resolution. Will I renew? NO WAY!

I absolutely do not recommend Filmora to anyone. The software is full of bugs, crashes frequently in the middle of important projects, and customer support is basically non-existent. On top of that, many basic features are hidden behind extra paywalls, which is never made clear upfront. I purchased a subscription expecting a reliable editor, but all I got was wasted time and a lot of stress. There are far better options than Filmora out there—do not fall into the same trap.

I want using crack software previously, everything was working fine, after purchasing software, all ele,ments become premium and not able to use it, asking me to buy ever after bought software. Total waste of money.

After two years of using this software for my basic editing, I wish not to renew this year but struggling to cancel my subscription: one happened to forget the password so, upon reaching out to customer service, the realisation that AI has replaced people confirms one's decision to leave. The problem now is that the website should email a code to change the password of the account in order to access it, but the code is never sent. This is already material for Ombudsman, though I hope not to have to escalate it. Can any living person contact me please to sort this out in due course, before renewal day gets any closer? Filmora do one thing constantly- they try and sell you stuff. They took away the option to filter by free in the filters and effects which shows you how much they hate people like me who purchased a life time licence. It can't handle long timelines, it stutters and freezes regularly. It once crashed during export and lost hours of work. It constantly tries to sell you AI functionality even if you're not interested. It is such a constant pain to use and any interaction with their customer support is terrible. They are entirely focussed on ramming AI into everything rather than improving basic functionality. This is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Without a doubt. I remember once they shut me off even though I have a life time licence. They then gave me some asset pack for free and then charged me for it after a month. And then when I complained, wouldn't refund me. Absolute con artists. Worst of the worst.
Any positive review on here is bought and paid for.

Ojo con los pagos, crees que te van a cobrar lo que pone en pantalla pero luego es una cifra mayor y lo atribuyen a impuestos locales que no se detallan.
Ponía claramente plan anual 55,99€ pero pagué por PayPal 67,75€.

Ich habe das intransparente Bezahl-Konzept von Wondershare Filmora bis heute weder verstanden, noch mache ich es weiter mit.

Ich bin von Version 9 bis 12 dabei gewesen, dann aber aus Enttäuschung ausgestiegen. Es war mal ein schönes Programm mit brauchbaren Features.

Habe damals sogar Zusatzmodule erworben (Blockbuster 1-3), die man alle samt nicht mehr benutzen kann.

Stattdessen muss man nun für alles bezahlen. Dazu ist das Programm mittlerweile durch teure KI-Funktionen völlig überladen.

Und die Sternebewertung hier bei Trust Pilot kann wohl kaum der Realität entsprechen, wenn zu Filmora überwiegend negative Bewertungen abgegeben werden.

Oben im Kopf werden hier 4 Uraltbewertungen angezeigt, die den Eindruck erwecken, als sei es die beste Videobearbeitung am Markt (Stichwort „Hervorragend“).

Ja, Filmora war wirklich mal toll (man mag es nicht glauben). Vermutlich rührt daher auch noch die Bewertung von 4,5 Sternen.

Ich bin der Meinung das eine Bewertungsplattform die aktuelle Produktqualität widerspiegeln muss. Schaut bei Trust Pilot mal hier vorbei:

Es spielt auch überhaupt keine Rolle, was man hier an Wondershare Filmora richtet, es kommen immer die gleichen Antworten:

Vermutlich sind die von Wondershare Filmora geschriebenen Antworten gar nicht
Menschengemacht.

Wer seine Software so mit KI-Tools aufbläst, nutzt sicher auch einen KI-generierten Antwort Bot.

Resümee: Tut Euch das NICHT an. Es gibt zahlreiche bessere Programme als Filmora da draußen!

DO NOT try or download this software. I bought it on the 7 day trial but after four days they were saying i needed to pay the extra subscription of £17.99 every month. This isn't made clear on the website as it look like a tick box you need to tick if you want this as an extra. I have asked for a refund but this say i am outside their terms and conditions for a refund either though the offer a 30 day refunds. This is outside of consumers right if you are unhappy within the 30 days, so basically they are just scammers.

I’ve been using Filmora for over a month, and I feel completely scammed. I paid for the advanced plan expecting full access, but almost every useful template, effect, or asset is locked behind another paywall called “Creative Assets.”

Nowhere during purchase was it made clear that these weren’t included. It’s misleading and frustrating — I already paid, and yet I’m constantly hit with upgrade prompts and hidden fees. This isn’t just poor communication, it feels intentional.

I absolutely hate this “Creative Assets” trap. It ruined what could have been a decent editing experience. I will not recommend Filmora to anyone and regret investing in it.

Avoid it unless you’re okay with paying over and over again for things you thought you already bought.

Filmora’s interface intentionally integrates locked Creative Assets alongside free ones, without clear segregation or filtering. This creates a false impression of included features and repeatedly interrupts workflow with upsell prompts.
These limitations were not disclosed during purchase. The presence of locked assets is only revealed through trial-and-error, which constitutes interface manipulation and material omission.
Your refund policy claims to protect users from misleading product presentation. This case qualifies. Your refusal to acknowledge that is a deliberate misapplication of policy.
I used the software for less than 10 days and found it unsuitable due to these deceptive design choices. This is not a “change of mind”—it is a response to misrepresentation.

Since Wondershare has refused to resolve this internally, I will now proceed with:

Filing a chargeback under the Fair Credit Billing Act, citing deceptive presentation and refusal to honor refund terms
Submitting formal complaints to consumer protection authorities in my jurisdiction
Publishing a detailed account of this experience on Trustpilot, Reddit, and YouTube, including screenshots, refund correspondence, and a breakdown of Wondershare’s evasive tactics
This email serves as final notice. I will no longer engage with Wondershare support. Any further correspondence will be documented as part of my public and legal complaint.

I downloaded Filmora to test it, based on their 7-day money-back guarantee. I canceled and uninstalled the software within an hour, but was still charged.

I contacted support right away by email and phone. No response. Their support system is a joke — just a chatbot repeating “I do not understand your request.”

My refund request was denied with no explanation, even though I acted well within the trial period.

Be warned:

* Canceling the trial doesn’t stop the charge
* Support is non-existent
* Refunds are nearly impossible

I’ve now filed a dispute with my credit card company and submitted a complaint to the BBB.

Look elsewhere for video editing software that honors its trial policy and treats users fairly.

Compré Wondershare Filmora con la expectativa de tener un editor fluido y profesional. Sin embargo, desde el primer uso en mi Mac (sistema actualizado), el programa presentó fallas graves: se cuelga, responde con lentitud y no permite trabajar con estabilidad. Solicité el reembolso en menos de 24 horas, en el mismo día de la compra, considerando que el producto no funciona correctamente ni cumple con lo que promete en su sitio web y no lo quiero porque no me satisface.

La respuesta de atención al cliente fue un texto genérico, amparándose en su “política de no reembolso por insatisfacción”, ignorando por completo que el problema era técnico y funcional. Ni siquiera ofrecieron soporte técnico real.

Lo más frustrante es que intentan escudarse en la versión de prueba, cuando en realidad esta no permite evaluar el rendimiento completo del software. Me siento defraudado como cliente y sorprendido por la falta de compromiso posventa.

Ya inicié acciones en protección al consumidor y publicaré este caso en otras plataformas. Recomiendo a quienes estén considerando este producto que lo piensen dos veces, especialmente si usan Mac. Existen alternativas mucho más estables y transparentes.

Tjaaa, wenn da nicht Wondershare Mitarbeiter wären die sich auf Stur stellen und sich nicht mehr Melden, man will hier Bewußt drauf Ausreizen das die 30 Tage vorbei sind damit man auf der Schiene die Zeit ist aber um Lieber Kunde Reiten kann. Aber nicht mit mir. Das ganze geht zum Anwalt das sollte die Firma ja kennen in Sachen Lebenslange Lizenzen wollte Wondershare ja uns Kunden auch vor ein paar Jahre über den Leisten ziehen und sind damit Gescheitert, also geht das ganz Noch mal von Vorne los vielleicht lernen sie es ja Endlich mal das es keinen Sinn hat uns Userfür Dumm zu Verkaufen.

Nach langem hin und her wurde ein Teil der Summe Erstattet. Traurog das man i mmer erst mit dem Anwalt und Anzeige Drohen muss bei solchen Möchtegern Entwicklern. Nur weil sie Denken sie haben ihren Sitzt nicht in Deutschlan können sie machen was sie wollen, aber nicht mit mir.
