At my job, we used this video editor; I used it personally too. We talked about older versions, much older than the current one. But we abandoned it; it was already showing its limitations. In fact, the office technician replaced all the computers, and the whole team migrated to other software. CapCut was hardly used, except for creating subtitles, since Filmora didn't yet offer similar options. But recently, I had to edit something with this program for convenience, since I had a modest computer and was using a license I already owned. But wow, the latest version is garbage. It's 95% worse. Everything is "premium," the effects are awful, and it's a copy of CapCut itself. It's a real shame. I had to download an older version that was somewhat better. I uninstalled it immediately, and I don't recommend it. This software will suffer the same fate as CapCut. It's rubbish...

La realtà è che la fatturazione è ANNUALE e l'addebito è immediato: mi sono ritrovato l'intera cifra dell'anno prelevata subito, altro che prova. Leggendo le altre recensioni vedo che non sono l'unico: la stessa identica dinamica capita ad altri utenti. Non è un caso isolato, è uno schema.
Il modo in cui gestiscono fatturazione e rimborsi è scorretto e poco trasparente. Sconsigliato.

Acquistata versione perpetua nel 2020 . Poi versione perpetua non esiste, cancellata, neanche a riprendere la vecchia installazione; fine, soldi persi. Però ti hanno avvisato che l'assistenza sarebbe terminata ok, ma il software PERPETUO cancellato. Raggiro, truffa. Purtroppo cari della Wondershare solo così si chiama agire come avete agito. Ho cancellato tutto, e imparate a rispettare i patti da voi stabiliti.

The trial subscription is a scam. You will be charged immediately and when you think you have cancelled your subscription you will be charged for the secondary subscription that has a trial period. The site works by confusing subscription settings. And secondly, the apps themselves do nothing that you cannot do through the normal Settings app on your iPhone.

Ich hätte lieber den VSDC Free Video-Editor abonnieren sollen, der hat sogar ohne ABO mehr Funktionen, Textvorlagen und kostenfreie Effekte als Filmora und ist als Vollversion mit nur 30 € im Jahr preisgünstiger. Der VSDC ist nur komplizierter, man braucht eben einen Tag zum lernen. Allerdings gibt es gute YouTube Lern-Videos über den Editor. Der Filmora bietet selbst in der Basis Version keine Verpixlungen. Das 59 Euro Jahres ABO habe ich sofort gekündigt, denn jeder brauchbare Effekt oder Textbaustein kostet extra als ABO. Filmora ist ein Abzock-ABO.

J'ai voulu tester ce logiciel via l'offre d'essai de 7 jours, mais suite à un bug technique de leur interface, le système a prélevé un abonnement annuel complet sur mon adresse secondaire au lieu d'activer l'essai sur mon compte principal.
Le pire reste le service client : j'ai demandé un remboursement le jour même ("Day Zero"), sans avoir utilisé le produit. Wondershare a refusé ma demande avec un message automatique mensonger, prétextant des "demandes de remboursement multiples" alors que c'est la toute première fois que j'utilise leurs services !
Leur politique de remboursement n'est pas respectée et leur système de détection de fraude est totalement défaillant. J'ai dû ouvrir un litige PayPal et j'ai décidé de supprimer mes comptes. Entreprise à fuir si vous tenez à votre argent.

Un véritable piège financier et une perte de temps monumentale : À FUIR !
Je laisse cet avis pour mettre en garde tous ceux qui, comme moi, pensent trouver en Filmora un outil simple pour un projet scolaire ou ponctuel. C’est un véritable piège marketing.
1. Manque total de transparence :
Au démarrage et pendant toute la durée de mon montage vidéo (une grosse semaine), le logiciel ne m'a jamais prévenu que l'exportation serait bloquée par un filigrane géant recouvrant toute l'image, ni qu'il faudrait payer une somme astronomique pour s'en débarrasser.
2. Prix trompeur :
On vous annonce un abonnement à 49,99 € pour un trimestre (le moins cher), ce qui est déjà extrêmement cher pour un étudiant. Mais le pire arrive au moment de payer : le site ajoute des taxes (TVA) sans prévenir, faisant passer la facture à 60,45 € le trimestre au dernier clic. C’est une pratique malhonnête qui profite de l'urgence des utilisateurs.
3. Bugs et perte de temps :
En plus du prix, le logiciel est loin d'être parfait. À chaque fois que j'ai dû fermer l'application, le projet perdait le lien avec mes fichiers. J'ai dû tout resélectionner manuellement un par un à chaque réouverture, une perte de temps incroyable quand on a une date limite de rendu.
4. Aucun essai gratuit :
Il n'y a aucun essai réel des fonctionnalités premium, comme indiqué lors du téléchargement. Vous travaillez des heures pour rien, car vous finissez pris en otage : soit vous payez le prix fort, soit votre travail est gâché par leur logo.
Si vous ne voulez pas vous faire dépouiller, passez votre chemin ! Il existe des alternatives gratuites (CapCut, DaVinci, Shotcut) qui ne vous arnaquent pas à la dernière minute. Pour ma part, je ne toucherai plus jamais à un produit Wondershare.
Extrêmement déçu ! Je ne recommande à personne !

I am being charged for a serivce I never wanted, and I want to cancel. I cannot find it on my account. The AI assist is useless. Just passing me around of loop of steps. Will not connect me to a live operative, of if it does, I get the 'our lines are closed' line. I am convinced this is a scam. All these negative reviews would suggest the same.

Terrible. I purchased a perpetual license for a previous version of the program a few years ago. After upgrading to two versions, the license was canceled. There's no way to complain to any competent authority because the company isn't registered in my country. NEVER PURCHASE THIS VERSION. When I renewed the annual license I've been using since losing the perpetual license a few years ago, the program updated and is forcing users of previous versions to migrate to the latest version. Since I only renewed for an annual period 4 months ago, it doesn't make sense to pay again just because they decided not to support the previous version anymore (I contracted for 1 year!). This is a treacherous Chinese company; I do not recommend them.

Filmora is a scam
Filmora is a scam. I downloaded the dng file and played around with the Interface, I created an hour long video for my DJ mix and then exported the file, this took me to a subscription page where it states the fee would be £6.99 a month, I selected that version to then be charged £46.99. When I went to export the video it took me back to the subscription page and tried to charge me again and with the failed export. After many many messages and filing the refund request I was told I could not get a refund and that I had to pay more for the effects features. Wondershare is a complete scam, believe other people’s messages on here and DO NOT PURCHASE their products. They are misleading and the service you pay for does not work and they scam your money. I’m currently in the process with my bank on getting my money back.

Niestety z każdą aktualizacją jest coraz gorzej, kiedyś byłem bardzo zadowolony, teraz korzystając z dodatkowych funkcji za kredyty, program często nie spełnia swojej funkcji pobierając przy tym kredyty za niewykonane zadanie. Których niestety nie można odzyskać, ponieważ obsługa ignoruje wszelkie apele. Np. w starej wersji dynamiczne napisy do 2 minutowego filmu zostały zrobione w 1 minutę, teraz czekam pół godziny, program się zawiesza a ja tracę kolejne kredyty, jest też problem z plikami proxy z automatycznym zapisywaniem projektu, z renderowaniem w czasie rzeczywistym, problemów jest coraz więcej. Porady obsługi nic nie pomagają

On March 17/26, I purchased the pro pack for 90 dollars. Installed and began using it on my new macbook pro .. It crashed twice. When i started using the features, many would ask me to use a different set of features that of course costs more money. When I complained, they sent me instructions to send them screen shots and other instructions. They refuse to refund my money even though they have a 30 money back guarantee. They are totally dishonest and I hope the worst for this company. It's a discredit to China!

I paid for whole year subscription, Unfortunately it is full of bugs and always crash, error...and so on. Is it a scam or what??

biggest scam company ever!!!! I can't believe how stupid I am to have gotten trapped in this... their software is basically junk, with so many malfunctions and so many unexpected issues that make the software unusable, like preview quality turns junk, and you basically are unable to use the whole software because you can't tell it is the intended effect you need! and contact customer service, just like all other reviews said, they use all excuses to avoid a refund! There SHOULD be a class lawsuit against this SCAM company!!!!!!!!

La versione prova non esiste , per poter fare qualsiasi cosa bisogna acquistare un pacchetto di crediti, nel mio specifico ne ho acquistati 2000, per un video di 8 secondi ne servono 300, nel mio caso ho fatto 2 simulazioni e nessuna delle due ha rispettato il prompt quindi per fare 8 secondi di video bisogna fare più prove e consumare ogni volta crediti a rischio che il risultato sia inutilizzabile.Ciliegina sulla torta, ho provato a scaricare le due cagate e l'app dice che nonostante abbia pagato quasi 13€ per i crediti, per scaricare senza filigrana devo acquistare un altra opzione. Se questa non è una truffa mi chiedo cosa lo sia, ormai fanno tutti quello che vogliono impunemente. Sono riuscito ad annullare il rinnovo automatico dopo diversi giri , ho chiesto il rimborso alla chatbot, mi dice che mi ricontatteranno...vedremo.

Zamówiłam subskrypcję 35,99 zł na miesiąc. Miałam używać 3 dni for free. Ani jednego filmu mi nie pokazał na podstawie tekstu. Udawał, że coś tam tworzy, kilka zdjeć wypluł, 10 minut był zajęty, a jak chciałam odwtorzyć video na podstawie tekstu, to wyskoczyło, że mam zapłacić jeszcze 88 zł za miesiąc lub 300 za rok. Suma summarum oszukali mnie, pobrali opłate 35,99 pierwszego dnia, nie było 3 dni gratis, nic pokazali co umieją, a to co zobaczyłam w innych sekcjach, 10s, to jakaś kiczowata animacja grosza nie warta. Oszuści.
