Waited close to 3 days for the codes to be sent for the site access I bought. Then they cancelled the account and told me they had refunded me but it has been around a week and no update and nothing showing in regards to the refund. No response to numerous emails and message son their site. Avoid using them and buy direct as they are a scam, or at least in my siutation they are.
Received the keys after complaining.
Within a week of purchasing a 1-month premium key, the PayPal account used to make the transaction was hacked (the first purchase in weeks, if not months, using the service), as were several linked accounts (Facebook, Gmail). Credit card canceled. Fraudulent purchases reported and canceled. Lesson learned.
Terrible company to deal with if you run into any problems. They do not answer emails or even acknowledge receipt of correspondence.
Customer service seems to be a foreign concept to them. No way to effectively communicate with them creates a major obstacle in attempting to resolve issues that come up (read my reviews of Rapidgator.net on this site for details on my recent experience involving FileSharingShop).
Terrible. Still waiting for key 24 hours later. Sent them screenshot to show I’d paid. Never using these again.
Keys are invalid and sent an email multiple times to repalce the key but got no response of the email. I will recommend you not to buy the keys from the filesharing shop. They are scammers and will scam you for sure today or may be later.
Keys are not delivered instantly as advertised. Received keys two days after purchase. When I go to use them, they state the keys are invalid or do not exist. Emailed FileSharingShop multiple times with no response. Stay away from these scammers!
Guys don't but any keys with this reseller
Me and my colleagues decided to buy katfile keys from filesharingshop. We paid for 5 keys but got only 3.
And they even don't answers the emails . Please don't buy any keys from this reseller

They are honest if you purchase now you can get what you want within 5 minutes i fully trusted them but i mention you never trust this keyoneclick they are scammer or whatever i didnt get my purchased key from them.
Purchased 90 days of Keep2Share Premium service. It worked for a week. I contacted filesharingshop and after 4-5 days, they responded that they would look into the problem. It's been 2 weeks since that conversation and no further word from them. I have also reached out to Keep2Share. Four days and no response from them either. I would suggest that anyone interested in a filesharing service, steer clear of both filesharingshop and Keep2share.
