I bought filaxa from their official website. I paid in etherum .but after waiting for days and sending dozens of emails,I got nothing.
Complete scam ❌❌❌❌

The code payment system is very slow to respond.

Took my payment and received no key, no contact nothing. Have sent several emails to support and had zero response.

Unfortunately, I hadn't seen this site before buying from fileaxa. The same scam happened where they received my crypto in LTC and kept my 1-year payment. I tried countless times to get in touch. But they only respond when it's from a different email.

Fileaxa Is a Scam – Took My Crypto, Gave Me Nothing

I paid for a 30-day subscription through Fileaxa using Ethereum. The transaction was completed successfully — I have the full transaction ID as proof — but I never received the subscription code or any kind of confirmation.

I contacted their support multiple times and was completely ignored. No response, no help, nothing.

Because it was a crypto payment, there’s no way to reverse the transaction. And that’s exactly why this feels like a deliberate scam — they take your money, then vanish. No service, no refund, no accountability.

If you're considering using Fileaxa, don’t. They're taking payments and delivering absolutely nothing in return. Stay far away unless you want to lose your money.

Please be aware. They end your subscription before the actual time, and customer service never replies to your messages. I bought a 30-day subscription, invoice no# 751664756666 on oct 27, 2024 but they ended it seven days later, and customer service isn't replying to my messages.

fileaxa support ignores all questions!

fileaxa spreads stolen content and doesn't delete it. their DMCA page is empty and it seems like impossible to contact them through their emails and form.
