Avoid. Refusing to give a refund until I close a PayPal dispute. Don’t do this. If you close a dispute, you can’t reopen it back up. They know this so try and deceive people.

They won't give you what you paid for, and they won't refund you after they promised to refund you for not giving you access to downloads. File a dispute with your credit card company.

I ordered a key for a rapidgator account on the 4th of march (Invoice #269885). I still haven't received the key. Instead I got a message regarding
"Hi
because my account is limited. I will refund you as soon as possible.
We apologize for this inconvenience.
Best regards"
So now I'm waiting for a refund. 10 days later, no key, no money.
Don't buy!!! Scam! I'm very dissapointed!

I ordered a rapidgator coupon for 30days via paypal and got through. It just took a little longer than expected to receive my coupon code in email but i did receive it after about 16 hours or so.

Bought 365 days AllDebrid premium with PayPal. They do note on the website key delivery may take up to 12 hours when paying via PayPal but is usually <5 minutes with all other payment methods during opening hours (8AM-10PM GMT+8). My key took around 4 hours to arrive and worked as expected. Would buy from this reseller again.

Very shady. They won't accept payments over $50, and yet they advertise for that amount. They charge $15 more for a processing fee and that makes it over $50. They never answer your questions directly. They threaten you on their payment page not to dispute the charges, so you know that they are doing something underhanded.

Bought real debrid 365 days reload, no problems with process. Key received in <1 hour and activated on the site with no issues

Did not received my order and the customer support is not answering at all! Instead my mailbox runs over with spam mails now! Hopefully i can get the money back through Paypal. Save your time and do not order here.

For my purchase, the seller had a 48 hour resend of a new key should the original key have any problems with the activation process - as a buyer I am happy that this policy exists.
