Stay away from them! you send your money to buy a 30days premium account, the getway payment service (coinpayments) confirm they get money from you and give the aumont to them, but they don't send you your vocuher, despite the many reminder emails

It seems a scam.
I have paid for a month, the site says you receive the code immediately but I still haven't received anything.

Not recommended . I purchased 30 days RapidGator premium through Bitcoin. The seller wallet received the payment but the order keep showing as pending. I tried to contact the support but they don't respond.

Edit: Received key after 1 Day, still not instant delivery as advertised.

never had any problem in the past. i ordered a 30 day premium key 3 days ago the only email i have received contains the following 'Your payment has been received! Please wait, we are processing your order.. You will receive premium details shortly!!' there is no way of contacting them and if you write a negative review it doesn't get posted. next stage is to contact the bank and request a refund for failing to provide the service promised.

Bought a 15 Day Key, the payment processor said its "PAID" when i go to look at the website it says pending i wait a couple hours, nothing in my email, in my spam, on the website.

wrote an email still no respond from the support.

complete and utter bullshit, scam, fruadsters.

Instant :D that's just a joke. forget your keys they are scammers. It's been 3 days no response no key no nothing. They are expensiv though. You can find cheap options on other resellers.

This company took my 54 dollars for a 3 month file space membership 2 days ago. I've emailed their support email address, contacted via their contact form on their website and nothing. Just silent. They will take your money And leave you without your product. Their positive reviews are fake!

I paid for a 30 day key using bitcoin. It’s been 3 days and I have not received a code. I have sent countless of screenshot and proof that I paid and that the seller’s wallet received the payment. Stay away from this fraud scheme!!!

I bought a hexupload premium key, but didn't receive it.

I tried reaching by e-mail, but got no answer.

I ordered a premium 30 day key for filespace through bitcoin. This seller promises ''instant-delivery!'' And yet I've been waiting hours upon hours for my premium key to be delivered. It still says pending on the website, and support has not responded to an email I made concerning this hours ago. If the support team is reading this, please give me my key. I would NOT recommend using this service.

Paid for license code about 5 hours ago, but got nothing. Tried to contact support through email and Facebook - no response. Either the support is very bad or it's a scam.

Now after my public review I got my code.

I purchased a 30-day plan on a download site and was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered in a timely matter. I was expecting a longer wait time considering the other reviews, but my order was delivered relatively quick. While this is just my first time experience and yours may vary, it has been great thus far.

It's the jumping through a hoop when you select a form of payment the website fights you on and then to pay a BOGUS $6+ handling fee which completely defeats the idea of getting a better price.

Purchased a 1 year subscription voucher for a file hosting site on their website, paid using BitCoin on 24th May, got confirmation email that the transaction was successful.
However their website STILL shows my order is "PENDING", made several attempts to contact them via email as stated on their site, nothing, no response!
They state on their site:
Activation / Premium voucher will be send to your email IMMEDIATELY.
Yeah right, hey site owner, before you reply to this, don't tell me to check if my email is correct and to check my Junk/Spam folder, I'm already too steps ahead of you, go check your ordering system and start sending those vouchers.

UPDATE:
Finally received my voucher code a few moments ago. I was loosing hope, but they eventually follow through.

Took money instantly.
4 hours latter and still no key, no response after repeated attempts to contract.

This reseller is a failure.

4+ hours to deliver an email with my key. Was it difficult to pack and drive to the email post-office?
If you can take my money instantly, you can deliver the key instantly.
If I had ordered a pizza, paid and waited four hours for delivery do you think I would leave a positive review?
YOU didn't have top cook, package or drive anywhere.
ALL you had to do was send an email.
You want a positive review? Do your job right. Whining over a deservedly poor review is only making it worse for you.
