Couldn't have asked for better solicitors
I was so pleased with how my solicitors handled the purchase of my house.
I won't lie, I was apprehensive as I had heard people complain about buying a house and how long solicitors takebit I feel like I hit the jackpot with Fiddler & Pepper, Gemma in particular who handled my case, as they were on it from the get go.
They were ordering surveys from day one, everything was back within a few weeks, and they sent all their questions to my sellers solicitors in record time.
I filled in the money questionnaire and that was approved within like a week.
Everything was ready our end super fast!
Granted the sale still took ages because of someone further up the chain, but our end we were done and ready to go.
They were super responsive to my emails with my questions, and really clear with expectations and processes.
Honestly, I was super impressed and chuffed with Fiddler & Pepper
