Poor client service
I found that they were very slow and took a long time to respond to queries. When they did answer it was generic replies rather than personalised to my circumstances. Would not recommend.

Astonishingly good service from Felicity Shaw and Melanie Lawson. I had to remortgage my buy-to-let and was really struggling and expecting the worst, but there were no glitches, no delays and everything ran absolutely like clockwork. Never had that before. Brilliant work, thank you!

We had dawn as our solicitor and she was absolutely amazing. The house took a little longer than we expected but dawn was on the ball the whole time chasing the sellers solicitors and generally making our experience very easy and hassle free. Would definitely recommend and if we ever need a solicitor in future dawn will be the first person we call!

The legal team — Dawn Cardy, Felicia Shaw and Melanie — were exceptionally professional and supportive throughout what was a very stressful journey. They handled my remortgage case and the Land Registry work, along with the complex legal process involved.
